My husband and I ate here on the recommendation of our Uber driver. That paired with google reviews and we felt this was the place to be. While the spot itself is in a nice area and has a good vibe inside, unfortunately we were not impressed with the food which cost a grip! For the amount spent I would expect really great execution and that was NOT the case. We had the short rib which was served with asparagus and a bed of mashed potatoes. While the short rib was very tender it was SO BLAND 😖. It had all of the appearances of a meal that was about to slap, but I felt slapped when I ate it and ended up having to pour an unhealthy amount of cholula on it to give it flavor. The social mac n cheese which came with approximat3ly 4 pieces of sausage had more flavor BY FAR than the underwhelming $32 short rib. But it also missed the mark for its $13 price tag. Idk what to say except that either we came on the wrong day or this is more of a spot that is running off of being trendy vs actually serving great food. Needless to say this was a pricey lesson in not always believing the hype no matter how much you want to.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Social House and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for a memorable evening. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service provided by our server, Frankie. Not only was Frankie incredibly attentive to our needs, but she also had a cheerful demeanor that made us feel right at home. She took the time to recommend some drinks from the happy hour menu, including the delicious cosmo and espresso martini, both of which were absolute hits! Aside from the fantastic service, the food at Social House was also top-notch. The pulled pork nachos were huge! Definitely a shareable. The Caesar salad was also a very good size! Overall, my experience at Social House was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Frankie. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great food, drinks, and service. Happy hour is definitely worth checking out if you’re unsure. Five stars all around!

Our server Michelle was professional & polite. She was knowledgable of the menu and willing to answer any questions we had. The only item I was pleased with during my meal was the frozen peach bellini. I ordered the grilled cheese with chips. When biting into the sandwich, I tasted grilled bread with a hint of cheese. The filling of the sandwich was so minimal I should have just ordered toast. The 2 apple slices on my sandwich were so thin they may have well not been added. The chips were over cooked so I opted to substitute them with a bowl of tomato bisque soup. The soup arrived garnished with pesto. To my surprise the soup did not taste bad but after a few bites, I discovered a string of plastic in it. At that point, I wasn’t able to finish my meal. I am wondering if the fries my husband received are the normal size/length. They should be called potato pieces, not fries they were so small. As a first time patron this was not an enjoyable experience and I do not plan to return.

If you want horrible service and waste 2 hours of your day on lunch with most of the time you’re waiting on the staff to even acknowledge you. This is the place to go.

If you’re like anyone else, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

This place absolutely sucked. I will never recommend or eat here ever again and this was our first time.

We sat at the bar like we normally do when eating out. A male bartender came and asked us for our drink order and gave us menus. Told him I wanted a mimosa while my boyfriend looked over the beer menu. Guy brought us waters.

What felt like 30 minutes later and seeing another couple sit down and get their drinks from the same male bartender who took our order and watched this bartended tell another one to help us as he pointed at us from across the bar. A female bartender comes up asks us for our drink order. I had already given someone my order and it was never put in.

The beer my boyfriend ordered was bad. Not like it tasted bad it had gone bad and oxidized in the keg.

Yet again the male bartender comes up and gives my boyfriend two samples to try of two different beers. Never came back to ask which one he wanted or see his thoughts. Just completely ignored us. I had to call over the female bartender to get us a new beer. Which also took way too long for her to come check on us after I finally got my drink.

Clearly if you don’t know the male bartender or are a frequent guest you won’t get service at all. They won’t even acknowledge you unless you get in their face about it.

Food came out fast which was the only fast thing at this place. But my eggs Benedict came out with only one side of the English muffin. Like where was the other half? And for $20. No thank you. And it wasn’t even good.

Poor guy next to us waited for ever for his food order to go. Was also never helped in a timely manner. A couple sat down next to us who also didn’t get assisted until after the female bartended asked if we needed anything else or she just would have walked away.

Finally we pay and sign and this guy comes up with our original drink order which was over an hour too late. And instead of someone coming up to say oh we are so sorry for the delay and bad service the guy turns and dumps the drinks...

To say that I was disappointed in my visit to Social House would be a gross understatement. Unfortunately due to the incompetence of both staff and management as well as a man both who clearly has never been around infants a day in his life and expects the Earth to revolve around him, what should have been a fun visit for a friend's birthday turned sour. My daughter has two infants, who aren't even a year old yet, accompany her to our brunch reservation. While there, the two of them acted as babies do (babbling and making other noises) and we overheard a nearby server muttering to them to "shut up" under her breath because she "couldn't hear". First of all, what kind of person tells two infants to "shut up"? Considering that she is a server in a restaurant that is fairly busy pretty often, one would think that she harnessed the skills to ignore any nearby noise and continue to do her job. Apparently not. We moved on and ignored this until not too much long after, a stranger approached our table and began to degrade my daughter and her parenting. We defended ourselves and informed him that they are two infants that are going to make noise and if he didn't want to hear/see the public while out at a busy restaurant, he had the option of staying home. It took management FOUR MINUTES to come and intervene and even when they did, barely anything was done and they only told this man to return to the bar. We were offered a terrible apology and not much else despite the fact that we (a group of mostly women and young children) were harassed underneath their watch by an aggressive stranger. If I were you, I would stay far away from this place. They clearly only care about a certain demographic and offer zero support to customers who, having wanted to come out for a peaceful meal to celebrate a birthday, were tormented by a miserable excuse of a man. Megan and Nicole are also horrible management, and I hope they don't hold those positions for long if they continue to allow things like...

I can honestly say that I have never been as disappointed with the food and drink anywhere like I was here. As a Chef, I know I can be critical at times, but this was a shared feeling between 3 of us, and the other 2 don't have anything to do with the food business. I ordered a double Titos and cranberry. What I got the first time was a single, at best. The second, was straight cranberry. I had initially ordered a Mexican Martini, but it was so terrible noone at the table could drink it. Then we ordered the fried calamari "steaks" I believe they called them, which we believed would be thick straps, but it was no more than about half a cup of thin rings for $14 or so, I think and the sauces were inedible. Then we ordered the Margharita Flatbread and it had oven rack marks on the bottom of it and was not even cooked all the way. It got sent back. Then the Fish and Chips came and it was thick pieces of Cod that had been refrozen enough times to alter the texture, leaving it dry and it was burnt to boot. It came with fresh cut fries though, and they weren't half bad. It also had a small metal ramekin (that condiments are usually served in) containing cole slaw that had Cilantro mixed in and that about did one of my friends in because it wasn't mentioned on the menu and she thinks Cilantro tastes like soap. It simply said Cole Slaw, not Southwestern or Mexican or anything that would lead you to believe it was any version of Cole slaw other than what one would think a typical Cole slaw would be. We were referred to this place by a girl who had been at another location and raved about the food there. All I can say is that the Corporate Chef needs to have a talk with the Head Chef and changes need to be made....
