Background: I've always love Mediterranean food since going to Austin and trying there. Living in DFW I was looking to fill my craving, and boi....was I surprised. Food: The food is SO fresh!!! This place is probably my fave restaurant in Fort Worth. It's so delicious! The cauliflower...THE CAULIFLOWER. I normally HATE cauliflower, but what they did to them...they taste like french fries but healthier and tastier. Like what the wot???? The gyro is delish. The hummus and pita bread are magnificent. The best. Atmosphere: The interior is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and always checking up on you. They're able to accommodate a lot of people and never really had to wait a lot. You can also take it to-go during lunch. You can ask for a to-go box, go into the buffet line and get what you want, they weigh it, and pay for the weight of it. Deliciousness. Overall and amazing place to eat. Great location. Great service.

OMG! So if you have read some of my other reviews, you'll know my wife and I spent 20+ years in the Middle East. We usually eat across the street when we want some Arabic/Mediterranean food but we finally made it to here for the lunch buffet. Not even halfway through our first plates we both looked at each other and said "why did we wait so long to try this place?" Don't wait. Even if you are not a fan of the herbs and spices of Mediterranean dishes, this place will do wonders for you appetite and senses. We loved every item we tried and the hummus was some of the creamiest blend we've had Stateside. This will now be a regular stop for us and already looking forward to the next visit to try what we couldn't fit in this time. Great attentive staff as well. Clean, friendly and gets really busy at lunch.

When Terra left the exact area that they're now in, a couple of years ago, the absence was the loss of the entire city. People couldn't forget about the restaurant and were delighted to learn of its return. The return is welcome and wonderful! The lunch buffet continues to delight and new amenities, such as an event area and catering, will be put into full swing over the holidays. I've been back more times than I can remember and each time I'm just delighted with the "Terra Quality' food and service. The same family that started it years ago are still the owners and in the kitchen to ensure each item meet their standards. It's a win-win for all and I give it a solid 10/10.

Had a horrible experience the first time I came here the waiter was rude and the kitchen staff was as well it was during a weekend buffet. I asked the kitchen staff if there was more saffron chicken he went to the kitchen to bring some the color was off and there were no mushrooms so I asked about the mushroom and he got mad when he went to the back to get some and then threw them in the buffet container and looked and me and was like “there are your mushrooms” very rudely. The waiter was not friendly or inviting at all he was actually pretty rude and felt like he didn’t even want us there. I thought it would be a one off so I gave it another try because I love the saffron chicken. I used to drive to the Plano location after the previous ftw location closed. This new location in ftw has a BAD gnat problem they were all around me and my daughter while we were trying to eat and other customers were complaining as well. I had to keep shushing them away and they were even in my food. The water situation is gross it had a bad smell and would spill everywhere when we tried to serve ourselves a glass. The restrooms smell is sooo gross! My food came out cold and I had to send it back it was literally just cold and felt like it had been sitting for a while. I took my daughter there for a birthday dinner and although they gave my daughter a free dessert idk it didn’t really make up for the experience and I can’t see myself going back. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless they can make some vital changes it just didn’t have the quality and vibe as the other location which felt more luxurious. Unfortunately...

I haven't been to Terra in a while and was surprised at how things had changed since my last visit. My daughter and I go to the lunch buffet only and have had only good experiences in the past. We went on a Tuesday and normally it gets pretty busy while we are there due to downtown office lunch eaters. Today was the exception, hardly any tables were filled when we finished. The plates piled at the end of the buffet weren't clean when I went to get a plate. The saffron rice was tasteless and I was really bummed as I love that stuff! The gyro meat was different as well. Some pieces were huge and some really thick. Not the norm as in the past. No pita bread out when we ate either. Over all a disappointing lunch for us. We will give it another shot as we really loved this place and hope it was only an off day for them.

Updated 1/14/25-My daughter and I went for lunch at their new location in downtown Ft. Worth today. We have missed this place SO much. The food is amazing and the new location is really nice. Upscale atmosphere and great service. We were the first to arrive at 11am when they open and one of the owners opened the door for us and talked to us for quite a while. Very nice man! I tried a few things today that I have never had before and they were very good! We will be going there more often since the food is so good. Thank you for coming back to...

Used to go to the Plano location, but so glad they opened up closer now. Honestly my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in the DFW area. I'm always recommending it to various people to try and they all generally really like it. It is more expensive than other places, but the portion sizes and taste are consistently solid. Service from the staff is always great, and I love the new location and the atmosphere. So sad they got rid of the trout, that used to be my go to favorite dish here (I believe it has been replaced by the branzino).

From every waiter I have had, the recommendations have always been pretty consistent: everything is good, but the best dishes are the saffron chicken, the rotisserie chicken, the branzino, the chicken kebab, and the flatbread. I personally have also really liked the kefta kebab. I am usually not a fan of beef dishes at Mediterranean restaurants because beef is always too well done, making it quite chewy and hard to eat, but they cook it perfectly here. And in general, the rice here is fantastic, it goes well with so many of the dishes they serve it with.

You apparently can park behind the restaurant (I think it might be the parking garage) and then inside, they have a QR code you can scan to waive the parking fees. You cannot do that with the metered street parking in front of the...
