I came to O'Reilly's to get help with my newly purchased vehicle, just as of today my car wouldn't start and I decided to come to O'Reilly's to get help, as I have an appointment tomorrow with my dealership, it is Sunday and I need help now, so the young gentleman at the counter came out and did a diagnostic for me, as I already had my hood up on my car thinking he needed to look at under my hood or at least look at battery, he didn't, he actually printed me out a paper and told me what the diagnostic meant, so he goes back inside and as I was sitting in my car I get out to shut the hood and my car battery is smoking! I then call (even tho I sitting right in front of the building) the long haired elderly cruel lady answers the phone and tells me it's gonna be a minute or two as she can't leave the front desk... There is not one costumer in the entire store at this time, as I am watching inside I'm directly in front of the front doors, she can see my car. Can see me and THEY KNOW IM HERE, NEEDING HELP, KNOWING MY BATTERY IS SMOKING, KNOWING IM WAITING, THERE IS MORE THEN 2 EMPLOYEES IN THIS STORE WITH NO ONE ELSE AND IM WATCHING HER MOP, AND LAUGH AND DO EVERYTHING TO WIPING COUNTERS DOWN LOOKING AT ME, I HAVE NOW AND STILL AM HERE WAITING FOR HELP ALMOST 3 HOURS LATER!! UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Still no one else and here I still...
Read moreOrdered a couple parts (Sway Bar End Links) late in the day, they informed me they would have them same day, which was cool. Picked up the parts later that day then, when I went to put the parts in, discovered the parts were absolutely and totally unusable in any meaningful way. The parts in question were made by "MasterPro", but weren't even the same part, the rubber boots were not even remotely sealed, the packaging had obviously been opened and one of them looked used. I called the store and informed them of the situation and requested a call back (which never happened), and returned the parts a couple days later. Afterwards I escalated the situation and requested a call from the district manager, that also never came to fruition. I will not be doing business again with these jokers any time in the foreseeable future. Take your business somewhere else,...
Read moreOf all the O'Reilly Auto parts in Colorado Springs, this location is my favorite. The people here aren't just employees. They actually know a lot of stuff, and don't try upselling you just to pad their sales numbers, but to make sure you are getting the best part you can afford for your car. You can actually start describing a part, after you give your year make and model, of course, and 9/10 they will get you the right part. The missing 1/10 is when another store has it and they don't, or the part needs to be specislty ordered. The part I needed was a coolant temperature sensor for an Audi AllRoad, amd not only did they have it in stock, but it was $44 less expensive than if i jad to go to Audi in motor city (who would have most likely used...
