Beautiful peaceful spot in San Antonio! There's a fabulous waterfall and stunning foliage. I didn't get many photos that didn't include family members to post here, but photos don't do this place justice anyway. It's gorgeous! We had a lovely walk around and then a delicious Chai latte from the little cafe. Paths and bridges are uneven and steep in places - Something to bear in mind for anyone with mobility issues. A small little garden in which you can find peace, at the same time learn a little history and the reasoning this garden was developed in this small little German town in Texas. The Pacific war museum beside it, gives you a detailed history of WW II and the lives lost in the pacific. Parts of the Museum were only open Fri/Sat/Sunday so check times before you visit. There is a small fee to visit inside the museum but the gardens and outdoor displays are all free.
