Rockbox Theater — Attraction in Fredericksburg

We have been multiple times with a wonderful experience! This last time had to be the absolute worse! We were treated poorly by one of the staff because another customer couldn't read their tickets and believed we had their seats! This particular employee was beyond rude!! And we were definitely in the correct seats!! Apparently under new ownership because when I wanted to speak to the owner two employees told me two different people and one just happened to be the rude employee who didn't even know how to read tickets! It has all the trappings of a high-end music venue, but crammed up into one the the many corners of the tourist-loaded Main Street of Fredericksburg. You'll find mostly tribute acts or general music reviews. My mother bought tickets for my birthday weekend trip in Fredricksburg. We saw the Liverpool Legends (Beatles cover) I do think it was more for her..lol..as I am not a Beatles fan. However, I will say it was a pleasant surprise. They were really good!! It was an enjoyable time. The show did last about 2 and half hours she got her $ worth! But don't make many plans for after show unless it's catching drinks and another place that stays open late.
