Read more25+ year customer won't be going back. The value of their warranties, the quality of repairs by the jeweler, the personnel's knowledge overall, access to older records and support from the manager continues to deteriorate. Same beautiful retail+ priced selection, and quality merchandise, but they have lost focus on the value of long term relationships, and the recommendations that comes from them. They initially refused to perform prong and sizing work on our wedding ring unless we did extensive ($1k) work on the channels that hold small diamonds on each side. 5 months later, one of the smaller stones is loose in the area they built up extensively, and it wasn't loose before they did the work. They refuse to fix it unless we pay $40. So, a 25+ year customer and all our friends and family out the door over a minor warranty issue. Rogers used to be deserving of loyalty, but like many other businesses nowadays, the bottom line has blurred their loyalty to long...
