Super Tint — Attraction in Fresno

I purchased my car in August 2013 and took it down to get the windows tinted the 5%. I was pleased with them. The tint was super dark and with time I thought my eyes were adjusting to the darkness. I added a sticker to the back of my window almost immediately and about a year and a half later decided I did not want the sticker on there anymore. When I took the sticker off, it was dark where the sticker was and extremely light where the sticker wasn't. The tint had faded dramatically. I took my car back to them and their tinter said the tint they had used in the past was faulty and now they work with a better one. I asked him if the tint was bad and he said yes, but now they add aluminum to the tint. I showed it to the co-owner and he said he would call me. I called Super Tint a few days later and spoke to the co-owner and he said he would need to speak with his partner regarding what to do. He let me know it might be a while since his business partner is in Spain. I called back a few days later and he quoted me $75. I told him I refuse to pay for another tint since they used faulty tint and it didn't even last a year. He said he would get back to me. I called him a few days later and he quoted me $50. Again I told him absolutely not. He said he would get back to me. Again, a few days later I called him and he said $45. I told him he must not understand, he sold me bad tint and now he expects me to pay to replace it. This went on for several months and a different amount each time. FINALLY he said he would do it for free. Since August 6, 2016 I have been trying to get them to complete the work. At one point the co-owner tried doing it and there were TONS of bubbles in it; he said he didn't have time to clean the windows from the previous tint. Another time there was soapy water in my trunk (see picture); luckily I had Clawson Honda put a rubber lining in my trunk when I purchased it. OF COURSE THE OWNER DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY! I only noticed it when I went to Costco and was about to put my groceries in the trunk. I have taken my car back to them at least 10 times and about 6 times to have the tint replaced since it is always scratched or has bubbles. A couple of times I have brought my car in as scheduled to have it repaired to be informed at the end of the day, the tinters didn't come in since their cars are unreliable. I am scheduled to go back in AGAIN on New Years EVE. The co-owner TOLD me I need to go on Yelp and give Super Tint a good review, because they only take care of those that take care of them. Seriously, was that a threat?? Sad when you can only get good reviews by threatening your customers! If it is not done correctly this time, I will see them in court. I am so DONE messing around with this! Also, BEWARE the 5% tint is not as dark...

I had a viper remote start installed in my Mustang. Since then I’ve had multiple issues! 1: I have remote start that doesn’t stay on longer than two minutes and when it was installed I was told it would stay on for 12 minutes. 2: The remote start will start my engine and just cycle starting the engine but would never turn over. I was afraid that was going to ruin my engine. So then I took my car in for the second time and told them I wanted to remove the remote start because there were too many issues and I don’t want my car to break.

They fixed the issue and guess what? 1 week later?😡 All within only three months of having this install.

#3 issue Is my remote start doesn’t work at all. My blue light on my Viper signal is not Blinking and my remote doesn’t work for anything, completely dead.

I’ve been trying to call and I keep getting sent to a voicemail box that’s not set up. I live in a different city and it is not great that I keep having to drive back for something that should have never broke. VERY UNHAPPY AND WOULD...

I got 4 car door speakers installed with 2 tweeters and a amp they took about 5 hours to finish when I got my car back it had a loud static noise they said it was normal because of my stock stereo I went back the next day at 10 am for them to fix it It took them about 5 to 6 hours to fix the noise but there was still a static noise just not as loud as before again they said it was normal because I had a stock stereo I was driving to Fresno from lemoore and it was pouring just to waste gas money and time I went to a stereo shop in HANFORD and they fixed the static noise it was the amplifier causing the static noise my stereo was also cutting out and it was because the lc7 remote wire was hanging on about 3 strings of wire my power wire was also not hooked up right they didn’t use the proper tool to hook it up all they did was wrap one power wire to the other and put tape on it I really really recommend people not to go to this shop I had a really bad experience and a big headache wasted way more money time and gas money...
