Read moreThis in no way reflects my feeling for Stonebriar as a whole. I only have beef with one store. The Apple Store has done nothing but disappointment me after every visit starting 2 years ago. Iâm literally so fed up, Iâm gonna start going to Willow Bend thanks to this dump. I had an appointment set because my watch was restarting itself for no reason after an update. I had prior engagements to take care of, so I showed up about 15 minutes after my appointment. The guy at the front door makes me wait to check in while he takes in 4-5 other walk-ins, and by the time he got me in the system it was well after 4:45. After about an hour and 15 minutes of me waiting at the designated table an employee approaches me and says âunfortunately we have a 30 minutes policy, and because you checked in after that you appointment was automatically canceled. You can call our support and send in your watch so you donât have to travel anywhere.â I was so livid I literally just laughed and walked out. First of all, I DID call support and theyâre the ones that made this appointment for me because itâs faster than waiting 7 days. Second, why was I waiting for over an hour for an appointment you intended to cancel the moment I walked in? Clearly none of these people give a rats a** about certain people considering they continued to walk past me knowing they had no intention of helping me. It wouldâve been better to tell me from the jump that youâre overbooked and you canât help me today, I wouldâve happily rescheduled. I canât stand the sheer ignorance of this place. -256/10 stars for you Apple. At this point I donât care if management reaches out to me to try to fix anything because itâs all fake, and full of bs. Iâve been to Apple stores around the world, and between the 4 continents, this is by far the worst one....
Read moreI do about 280 a nights a year in hotels - a lot of it here in Frisco. I've stayed at most of the hotels in this area in this price range. Pluses: newer hotel, decent size TV's, 24 hour outdoor pool, very fast WiFi. So fast in fact that it's pretty much the only reason I stay here - the other major hotels here (Hilton & Marriott brands) are capped at about 65k). Minuses: the staff is terrible. They will not read any special requests you list on your reservations, the couldn't tell me where the stairs were (I kid you not, the moron at the desk literally told me "we don't have any stairs" in this 5-floor hotel). Soap dispenser in guest laundry is broken - no way to buy any. No change maker in laundry - and the front desk had all of $3 in quarters available. "Sorry" she says to the angry man with $10 of laundry to wash who now has to make a second trip out of the hotel to use the convenient hotel guest laundry. The attached restaurant offers a limited menu and the food is OK...but it is VERY slow for breakfast (no buffet) so plan ahead. In short, if you are willing to put up with laughably inept service in exchange for legit web speed, this is the place for you. If not, well I can see 6 hotels out the window, all of them offering a better stay with terrible...
