$275 — that’s what I paid to walk out feeling heartbroken and humiliated.

I went in for a balayage and a simple 5-inch trim, but instead, the stylist cut off 10–15 inches of my hair. My hair used to reach the middle of my buttocks — long, healthy, and something I was proud of. I left with it cut above my chest, uneven, patchy, and with three different shades of color.

When I reached out to the stylist KAYLA , she said it was “an easy fix.” But hair doesn’t grow back overnight, and I wasn’t about to trust her again after she already butchered my hair.

I hadn’t colored my hair in 20 years or cut it in 5 years — it was healthy and full of life, and now it’s ruined. She claimed to have 15 years of experience, but it didn’t show when she rushed me off the chair and overcut my hair without care.

To make it worse, she refused to refund my money, only offering $65 for the haircut. After paying $275 for this disaster, I deserve a full refund. I’m sad, disappointed, and embarrassed every time I look in the...
