Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Some months ago I was looking for a gallery to show my work. I found the G. Lee Gallery and had some brief conversations with the owner. I eventually asked if I could set up an appointment for her to look at my work. A few weeks later I received a msg from Christopher - the new owner - and scheduled a visit. I brought all the work I had available, unframed. Both Christopher and his partner raved about the work, picked the pieces they suggested I get framed, and showed me the panel where I would end up hanging my work. Within a month I set up shop. I told the owner he was being rude and children are human too and he said I should expect a snarkey gallery owner and my children were misbehaved. They were not. It was our 3rd gallery of the day and they were polite observers. Other gallery owners offered education...

The art really is good though, so if you can make it past the staff you're in...
