The Cosmetics Company Store — Attraction in Gilroy

The Cosmetics Company Store, is my to go store when many “needs” for make up or perfumes arise, however, the Gilroy store is to me the best store by far. The manager and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, always present to offer help and make suggestions. I could go to another store that is closer to my home, in fact I did, and I went right back to my Gilroy store. Please congratulate the manager for such outstanding job in creating an atmosphere that welcomes everyone. I just visited the store and I want to go back already! Counterfeit Item. I purchased the Two Face Born This Way foundation in Pearl. Unfortunately, I threw away the receipt and couldn't return the item. When I opened the merchandise a week or so later and pumped it onto the top of my hand it had an oily consistency. I flipped over the bottle and compared it to my original bought from Ulta. Everything on the sticker was completely different and the information was false. I called the store to inform them of the counterfeit item and I offered to bring it in but they stated they couldn't because I didn't have my original receipt and due to Covid they could not accept it.

Daisy is amazing at did well at greeting me and informing me of the deals the store had going on. Her customer service skills are great! The other two big employees (one of them had a raspy voice and the other thick eyebrows), hmm not so much. They were standing behind the counter gossiping about me, they thought that I couldn’t hear them but I acted oblivious to see how much stuff they would say. First and foremost why stand behind the counter if you aren’t going to greet or attend customers? For reference this happened on new year’s day at around 7pm.
