I was connected to a gentleman named Edgar, who was happy to schedule an appointment and make time for me that same day. I was immediately made to feel like family as soon as I entered the store. Before putting on the watches, Edgar and I had a little conversation about life while we were seated in the seating area. We discussed my preferences for watches and how I intended on starting my collection. He then let me try on a few of the watches I was interested in when we moved to the area where they were on display. As my husband is really a Rolex aficionado and we own a few pieces that we acquired second hand, he really tried to contact quite a few dealers in the LA area to try to find a new watch for our girl - something very special that she deserves As a matter of fact, knowing how hard it is to find a watch through an authorized dealer, he has been trying since 2023. Although some dealers took his contact and promised to find something, he never got a call back.
