One of your employees (fateema i believe) either is skimming money when she is working the cash register or needs more training when it comes to ringing up items and doing refunds. First, she had double charged us on an item after asking us “are you sure this is $5” when the red tag clearly says it is $5. This led to when we got our change only receiving $4.01. I then asked her to refund us bc she overcharged us. She then said “I press the first one twice. I’ll refund you” then gave us just a receipt. When we stood there waiting for the refund, she reiterated “you understand right?” as if we are done with the transaction and need to leave. So I had to explain that giving us a receipt that says our refund is not a refund if you don’t hand us the money. Then she called a manager to open the register to get our refund. Then she proceeded to give us $4.01 again, despite the receipt saying $5.51 is owed. I’m too tired to argue at this point but it would behoove you to do something about this for your customers. I am definitely not shopping at this store again over such a headache over such a small amount. This is 3rd grade math at worst. Please check that she is not stealing from you under the guise of not knowing...

So I had 2 products exactly the same. I was buying 2 duvets queen size. Exact same brand, color, size. Identical items. One was priced a $99 and the other at $119. The more expensive one actually looked like some someone had returned it cause it was all opened and not in original packaging like new. I asked the Manger JANET why is the same product 2 different prices and if it I can get the EXACT SAME IDENTICAL PRODUCT FOR THE SAME PRICE. She refused to accommodate me which I think is a little crazy since the more expensive one looked like it had been opened and returned. I think it's crazy I had to pay 2 different prices for the exact same product. Especially since the sale was $348.00 I mean come on. Im spending a good amount of money at least let me get the same EXACT product for the same price. Then she even made the mistake of over charging me and rang me up twice for stuff and had to go back and credit me money back. Perhaps JANET IS NOT MANAGMENT MATERIAL couldn't even do the cashiers job correctly. Definitely didn't handle the situation...

Personally, I LOVE this store because I love all things home! And, I love finding those things at a discount. However, you can find great this here, but they aren't DEEPLY discounted. Some things are amazingly well priced, others you could probably find at about the same price at Macys etc. I gave 5 stars, but the staff I've encountered could be more helpful, they don't really help. And, for a discounted home shop some items could definitely be lower. There are some brands that might be priced very well, I don't know for sure, as I there are quite a few brand names I don't recognize here. But you will find some of the brands were all familiar with at Macys and other nice dept. stores. All in all, it's a good place to shop for nice things for your home, good selection, and you can definitely get good prices, just don't expect rock bottom prices on most things. Ross and Marshalls will be less expensive but I'm not sure the quality is comparable. Very fun place to shop...
