Grand Appliance and TV — Attraction in Glendale

What an experience! I was looking for retrofit pedestals for my dryer and washer. After identifying the parts, I googled availability. "Grand Appliances" offered the best pricing, but I had never heard of them, so I did some additional research before placing my order. Once done, I was contacted by email by their warehouse in Sturtevant, WI, to confirm the serial number of my appliances and ensure I would receive the correct parts.

I opted for the $39 unpacking and installation service, which was a good deal given the weight of the washer. I scheduled an appointment and, the day of service, I received an email from Freddy (their bot), providing an direct access to live update ETA and team whereabouts until arrival.

The two associates arrived promptly and installed the pedestals in just 45 minutes, including reinstallation, cleanup, and photos for their documentation. They even reconfigured the opening of the loading doors so they now face each other, making loading from the washer to the dryer much easier (something that the Best Buy guys were not able to do in the first place). We were in the market to buy a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. We decided to check out Grand Appliance at Glendale because it was close to our house. Unlike other big box stores (Home Depot, Best Buy), they have a much bigger showroom and selections you can see in person. The staff, especially Jessica, was very helpful in answering all our questions and was patience with us. They will also price match and offer the same promotions their competitors have, so there is really no reason to go to the big box stores.

We were also pleasantly surprised that the scheduled delivery date is literally a few days after (not weeks after). The delivery and installation went as well as we could expected.

Because of the fabulous service and quality of the appliances at Grand appliance, we returned once again to purchase a new dryer. The new store in Glendale, closer to our home, made it even that much better. Jessica, our salesperson was exceptional and knew exactly how to best help us find what we needed as quickly and efficiently as possible. She was kind, professional, and given the fact that we were replacing this dryer due to a flood, understood that we were tired, stressed and needed to take care of this task. Task.
