lululemon — Attraction in Glendale

Rude and unprofessional employees, that said that they need to educate their customers!

On Black Friday night, I went to this Lululemon store. As they had good deals, I had to wait in line for a while to get in and then I had to wait for more than 2 hours inside the store so my boyfriend and I could pay for the selected items. I want to mention that there were maybe 40-50 people totally in the line, and the size of the shop is pretty small.

After waiting there for an hour and a half, I decided to make a suggestion so we cut the waiting time, so I asked one employee if she could send another co-worker at the register that was not being used at all (there were 3 registers and only 2 cashiers). She replied with a bossy and mean attitude that they could not do that, because they had to educate us. I thought there was a misunderstanding and that I probably did not hear right, so I asked her to repeat. So, she replied again: "Yes, we have to educate you people". I shut up surprised how an employee whose job is folding clothes and cleaning the fitting rooms could educate a crowd of 50 people waiting nicely in line. I put aside the items I was planning to purchase and I sworn I would never enter a Lululemon store again. My boyfriend said that it wasn't the first time he got an attitude from a Lululemon employee.

As I have been working with people all my life, I always knew that I was working FOR people, so I had to help them, as opposed to be rude. And after all, I wonder what was the education that she could have provided to us, customers loving the brand and politely waiting in line for...

The Lulu Lemon outlet is AWESOME IN GLENDALE ARIZONA! What a great find! Not only do they have great sales but every one of the employees are so sweet and helpful. BERJ IS FABULOUS! He has helped my sisters and daughter on many occasions! He always goes out of his way to see if they have different sizes in back or let’s me know if he thinks a particular style is right for one of my boys. HE IS AMAZING! Thank you BERG FOR ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH GOES WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND NORMAL EXPECTATIONS! This past visit he even checked us out and then went back on the floor and helped me pick out a pair of pants for one of my boys. He let me know that Lu Lu offers pant hemming at no charge! THANKS AGAIN BERG! Excellent customer service! Would give him a million stars! A gal names Paulina checked out us, as well! She was also perfect. Entered the store just before 8 tonight, was approached by an employee who was kind a first telling us about the sales, but as I continued to look around at items I knew were my size because I have purchased from lulu lemon before, the same female came over, looked me up and down(in a very rude way) and then continued to ask me if i knew how sizing worked. I replied with “yes, I’ve purchased here before” where she then gave a fake smile and walked away. I was very upset leaving that store as I am already insecure about my body. Very unhappy with the service I received today. Not to mention the way she talked to other customers was rude as well.
