The LEGO® Store Arrowhead Towne Center — Attraction in Glendale

Do not believe a word this store says, we bought my wife the van gough set, she was short bricks the store told us we could bring it back and they would exchange it. Not only did they lie they wouldn’t replace the set they refunded the money and told us we had to wait five days before getting a new one. What a joke, this place is terrible. You should not buy anything from this store save your self the headache and lies.

Returning something you bought at a LEGO® Store is easy. As long as you bought the items in the last 90 days, you can take them back to the LEGO Store and one of our in-store Brick Specialists will be able to help you.

You can get a full refund for any sealed sets originally purchased at one of our stores if you still have the receipt. Refunds will be made in the same form originally used for payment.

Opened sets with a receipt can only be returned for an exchange or store credit but check with the store first as there may be limitations on which items that they can accept.

Gift cards and purchases from the Pick & Build wall and Build a Mini tower can’t be returned or exchanged.

Legos return policy says nothing on having to wait to buy the new set, the employees are just lazy and did not want to deal with it....

I give this store 1 star because they are selective of who they greet and assist. Employees are very rude and have no manners. They just walk right in front of you. One of the employees today 2/15/25 at around 11:40am or so she walked right in front of my husband and I without saying excuse me or offering any assistance. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. They are only friendly when you purchase items. Manager and/or owner need to talk to their employees about their manners to customers. The employees are in need of customer service training.I would like to talk to any corporate manager if possible because this is not the first time they have been so rude. We walked out with our son sad because he wanted a lego. I didn't want to give this store our money. I will surely give my review to corporate for this store at arrowhead mall. I would honestly give it 0 stars if possible. This needs to be fixed asap because we love the lego brand. It's a shame the people and manager of this store...

The LEGO Store at Arrowhead Town Center is an overwhelmingly exciting and stimulating place for both adults and children to stop in for any undetermined amount of time during your trip to the mall. While they have fantastic treasures of varying complexity and price in just about any genre for you to purchase and build, they also have tons of loose pieces and figure parts that kids can come in and put together in infinite combinations, building their own versions of a small army limited solely by their young but giant imaginations.
