The staff was a little unfriendly and unwelcoming. The prices are very high in both the “vintage” section and normal section. The vintage area has some lovely vintage but is very pricey, in the same section they have not vintage items from online. The rest of the store is very dull. I don’t recommend for teenagers because they only have clothes for adults. In the kids toy section it smelled like cigarettes which was very unpleasant considering it was a kids section. We found these beautiful converse shoes with no price. When we went to check the price the lady at the front told us she had to contact the vendors of the shoes to give us a price match. So they did not sell us the shoes. Last thing that was a little confusing for us is that they sold things in bulk from business. “Its so bad I want to give you a zero. Staff was super sweet and helpful! Quite refreshing in these days of typically awful customer service... I like that this store is truly one of a kind! If you don't mind searching, you'll definitely find some name brand treasures here!!! I found designer brands for incredible prices..( I do wish some of the more basic items like tank tops were priced a bit lower tho. 😏 ) I was also quite surprised at how well kept the clothing was here...everything I saw/bought was clean and in like new condition! Went to the store on Sunday which has the special 50% off. When I got to the register to pay I was charged at the original price for three new pairs of shoes. I noticed this when I got to my car to look at my receipt, going back into the store to inform them that I was only charged the clerk told me that they would reimburse me the original amount and then bill me for the original half off. Don't understand how to reimbursement was going to work if they didn't have my card to give me the reimbursement and then build a second time at half price. So I paid twice for three pairs of shoes instead of it being 31 each running for all three it came almost near 50 for three pairs of shoes don't understand how this...
