Horrible Carls jr! Don’t waste your time coming here or money! They messed up my order and argued with me saying that I was wrong! Specifically JOSHUA. He refused to give me a refund and I was forced to take the food because he said “they already made it and they already charged me” no manager or supervisor was on duty. No one knew how to refund. Then I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. He literally was arguing with me saying it’s not his fault and why am I blaming him. All I asked for was his name so they know why I’m coming in and not just coming in for a refund. He told me I was holding up the line and there’s nothing they can do, then I saw his name tag on his hat “I said ok so your name is Joshua” he replied what the hell for reallll?! And then told me man whatever stay mad! And shut the window on me. I can’t believe these are the kind of people they hire! This kid was so Rude I was shaking because I wanted to go in there and throw the food back in his face! The disrespect from Joshua was unprofessional and he shouldn’t be working in customer service! Do better Carls! I will be going in to talk to the manager tomorrow.
UPDATE! I went in the next day, manager was really nice and she offered to replace my meal for the bad experience I had with the employee. On the other hand I contacted the DM Sergio.. he never returned my call and he never answers his phone. Why provide the dm on receipt if they’re not going to answer? Any DM would’ve...
Read moreOrdered from the drive through. Was specific on special order that I was charged extra for.
With no other cars ahead, I pulled straight to a "closed window" and after almost 1 minute without any acknowledgement a young lady appeared, giving "no eye contact" while carrying on a conversation with apparent coworker; just voiced an amount I owed.
At this point window is now open and my change was given in the same manner that it was taken, but without any receipt.
While waiting I heard her inform, who I believe was the one preparing my food, what was special, and then within 10 seconds, I was handed a box. Again "no eye contact", just thanks as she closed the window. I felt sonewhat like a burden in that I interupted her activity.
The food was without exception. Nothing as ordered, nothing I paid extra for was applied.
I called,, but was met with a voice mail.
I am the CEO of a multi State company, and those that are the face, the ones who interact with your customers, must reflect your mission statement. I hope that my experience at this establishment was a fluke and that customer consideration should always...
Read moreEveryone knows that Covid created changes disruptions and staffing "issues" in 2020& 2021. But how can a Carl's Jr seriously expect to operate with only 4-employees during lunchtime? All that needs to happen is for four customers to walk in to the restaurant (at lunch-hour) and maybe two cars place orders in the drive-through - - that's what was normal to light traffic in 2018. But the staff at this location was so overwhelmed with this ?welcomed? bit of lunchtime business. Interactions with customers became curt, no smiles present, wait-times for what we all call "fast" food triple (or worse.) PAY Employees More per hour and you will find more willing and cheerful hosts/cashier's & cooks at these restaurants!! With these minimal staffing issue I'm not likely to return to this nor other Carl's Jr locations in 2021& 2022. The food is fine for Fast-food but we customers are tired of the squeeze created by short staffing. "The Hat" is only three blocks away & last time I was there (just before closing time) they had Six employees at work, a couple of them even wore smiles &...
