Staples — Attraction in Goodyear

You may not believe this level of service but here's my experience...

I thought to purchase a computer, I had to go to an electronics store. I stopped at Best Buy, they didn't have what I needed. Did not answer the phone or offer quick help. So I stopped by Conns. They said they had the laptop but required me to lease purchase or finance it.

Now I'm irriated and searching online. I called HP and they mentioned Staples having HP computers and laptops. I thought of Staples as paper and supplies. I walk in and ask about their laptops. The gentleman was very knowledgable and assisted in choosing the opperating system. He even applied a discount I had overlooked. Then he helped me find a bag to protect the laptop. And advised me of a sale on printers. Yes, for that price, I bought a printer too. Even the laptop warranty was listed out with better conditions than most and lower priced.

I asked if I could take the printer to my truck and come back in to set up the laptop on their wifi. When I returned, he had a desk, chair and plugin ready for me to get comfortable. My microsoft programs loaded so quick.

OK, final tally...laptop, warranty, bag with free mouse, printer and wifi allowance for set up...I spent less than half of what the other stores wanted for bogus HP laptops. Now Staples will be my computer...

I am a woman with some physical limitations. However, I still work and most times very long hours which is what brought me to Staples. I was looking for a comfortable sturdy office chair that is conducive to accommodating sitting for long hours. Maria saw I was doing the “3 little bears” thing and trying different chairs. She was patient and knowledgeable about office chairs and was instrumental in helping me make a decision on which chair was best in fit and best in price! So far her assistance was par for the course right? Well this is were she shined in my eyes. I keep walking aids and a portable seat and other conveniences to help me navigate threw my days in my car leaving little room for much else especially an office chair. Maria, a Sales Mgr and another lovely lady came with me to my car and rearranged everything in it that was a barrier to loading the chair while also taking items out of my hand to carry while I got in my car. They took very special care of my belongings and before they touched anything to rearrange Maria asked my permission. The quality of service of these ladies gave me confidence that we can still find kind and respectful people to provide top notch customer service and they are at the STAPLES on Peeblecreek pkwy in...

I walk into staples to the print center and I wanted to get a shipping label. There was was a big huge white man that was behind the counter who was working on something with a machine and took forever to help me which he could of stopped what he was doing cause I was the only person there and helped me. I'm assuming he is racist cause I'm a black man standing there waiting on him for 20 min, I stood getting upset because after he was done with the project he still didn't help me he went and started cutting plastic from what he was working on and hat took a other 5 min. At that time I want to walk off but I really need this shipping label so I waited patiently for him to get done boiling inside .. after he was done I told him wat I wanted and then he started getting up set with me being all rude because he printed shipping label on a piece of paper . I told him I need it on a sticker paper and he bawled up the paper in my face getting upset and telling me what he can't do when I come here all the time to get a shipping label he lucky I didnt have time to talk to his manager but I would of definitely put him in his place.
