Boutique had potential in downtown Granbury Square, but is run by inexperienced 20 yr olds who were not taught customer service! I purchased a Jean skirt and a cute dress while on a girlās trip from Plano, 3 weeks earlier. On memorial weekend I planned to wear the skirt, however the zipper was broken. I called the store and a young girl answered and told me that they had a two week policy on returns- I complained and asked to speak to the manager and requested a store credit since they no longer had the same skirt in inventory? they asked me to call back an hour later after they had spoken to a manager who then Agreed to a store credit, since the item was damaged, so I requested a purse of same value off of their website. They asked that I ship the skirt back to them and they would mail me a gift card- but they refused to set aside the purse which was the last one in their store in that color and style...She said Iād need to call them and order the purse and pay shipping. Fine. Three days later I received the gift card, called them on Saturday to purchase the purse, but the 20 yr old said they were too busy to take my order on the phone and I would need to purchase the purse on their website- I immediately tried to do so and the website indicated that their āinventory was too lowā to purchase the purse... so I called again! The teen insisted that the website works ājust fineā and so I requested since itās working fine for her, could she place the order for me since this was my fourth phone call to this boutique. Obviously annoyed, she begrudgingly agreed! Geesh Granbury, grow up! Iām a customer! An hour later the manager called me and said they would not ship me anything, nor honor the gift card because I had ābulliedā her employee.... Which was not so at all-I was quite direct and polite- As though this werenāt enough, Iāve since discovered on my AMX statement, that the incompetent boutique team charged my card twice with the little square device on their iPhone that day! I plan to file a complaint...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDon't expect any customer service that isn't part of their "policy" My mom bought a kimono for my daughters birthday and removed the tag (of which they produce their own tags). You can easily smell and look at the garment and see it wasn't worn. All we wanted to do was exchange it. My mom had the receipt even and they still had the item in stock. But their "policy" is the tag must be on it. Great customer service will make or break you. Needless to say we will find other places to spend our money. I am in the customer service industry and have deviated from many a "policy" to keep a customer. And that's why my business is up18%...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStopped in Friday evening thirty minutes before closing and had exceptional customer service. The store was packed, however I was greeted and offered help several times by different young ladies working when they couldāve easily been unfriendly because it was a Friday night and almost closing time but they were not. My mom and I bought several items. The store is super cute and I LOVE my new wristlet. I will shop here again! And side note: being open past 5:00pm is very smart. Most other stores close at 5:00 on the square to which I donāt understand when the square has so many nightly shows and etc thereās customers...
