AVOID THE PARK
Staff lacks training. Saw multiple people go down one fell at base of the tow rope in front of 3 staff. Not a single staff member stepped up to help, they just stood there as the young lady struggled to get up and get her ski back on with the crowd of people trampling around her as they tried to get on the rope.
One of their staff went down hard and laid in the snow for 10 minutes before any of their staff went over to help.
Watch numerous staff members just spend their time going down the hills and the staff were among the least courteous of anyone when it came to getting on the tow rope.
Management needs to servely reevaluate how they train their employees and remind the staff they are there to help the customers not ski and snow board and ignore...
Read moreThis is such a perfect hill for your kids to learn to ski & board on. It is ONLY TOW ROPES but it is so much more affordable than big resorts. Get some leather gloves and have a great time. For $8-$10, your kids can play at the bunny hill for 1-2 hours. They can play all day, but it's so great to not need to pressure them for more. (Parents are free!!) It's such a better way to learn to ski than going all day and paying $100 for your whole family. I love it. I also explored the rest of the hill without kids.
