AVOID THE PARK

Staff lacks training. Saw multiple people go down one fell at base of the tow rope in front of 3 staff. Not a single staff member stepped up to help, they just stood there as the young lady struggled to get up and get her ski back on with the crowd of people trampling around her as they tried to get on the rope.

One of their staff went down hard and laid in the snow for 10 minutes before any of their staff went over to help.

Watch numerous staff members just spend their time going down the hills and the staff were among the least courteous of anyone when it came to getting on the tow rope.

Management needs to servely reevaluate how they train their employees and remind the staff they are there to help the customers not ski and snow board and ignore the customers.
