Great Southwest Crossing — Attraction in Grand Prairie

The place needs to be remodeled! It's dirty, and the cashiers are rude. I picked up two packages of pork chops for dinner. I didn't notice that one of the packages didn't have a price. I went to checkout, and there was a young man who was in training at the cash register. He called for assistance, and the lady informed me that she could charge the same price as the other package, or I could walk back to the meat department to ask them to get a price. I asked how she knew the price was the same; it could be higher or lower than the other. Again, in a rude response, she repeated the same options. Not once did she offer to call the meat department to resolve the issue. Being in a hurry, I left paying the same price, but knowing this is the training she's giving a new employee, I understand why all these cashiers are...

Love going to this location because most of the time the employees are so friendly and nice! Mark and Stephen know my name because I'm a regular at this location and they seem to always be working when I'm there! These 2 men are the one reason I keep coming back!! However one employee there is always rude and never friendly..Shana, in my opinion should not be in customer service there and should definitely not be working with customers. She is rude everytime and has always made things difficult with wanting to return to this store. The store is always clean and produce and meats are always in stock and look great! I'd recommend this store for sure just don't deal with Shana...

Whenever I go to Kroger to shop and this has been 4 years sometimes the people who work there don't have the best attitudes just heard about a week ago during the pandemic with inflation and all time high pricing Kroger has made a profit somewhere between 25 to 50 million dollars I have friends who work for Kroger and they say they're not paid the best so to Kroger with all that profits are making pay your people especially in tough times the people are what makes us customers come back not you people sitting up in the offices getting paid...
