I would give zero stars because of their horrible customer service. I went into the store in Grand Prairie TX and purchased a table set. The sales person arranged for same day delivery and told me that it would be delivered after 6pm. I wasn't given a receipt because the printer was down, at least according to the cashier Hanna. I asked for a good delivery time frame, and she told me that they would text me. At 6:02 I received a text saying that my items would be delivered between 6pm and midnight. MIDNIGHT!!!!! I called customer service because there was no way to call directly to the store and I explained that I couldn't wait until midnight on a week day for the delivery and set up. The representative that I spoke with (I believe his name was Sebastian) became immediately rude. He said that I knew the delivery window because I was told in the store when I made the purchase and there was nothing that could be done. I explained that I didn't know the window and was only told it would be after 6pm, and had I known I would have scheduled for another day. He kept repeating that I knew the window because the store policy is to tell customers the delivery times and that it was on my receipt. I explained once again that I was not told the window and that I wasn't given a receipt. He continued to insist that I knew the policy and I was given a receipt. I asked him how he could be certain of what I was told when he wasn't there. He was rude and lied telling me his name was now Josh, so after having to argue with him, I asked to speak to someone else. He tried numerous times to tell me there was no one else there for me to speak with until I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor. I told the "supervisor" I spoke with that I wanted to cancel my order because of how rude the customer service representative was. She said she processed the cancelation and I would be receiving a refund. The next morning, I received a call from the store from someone attempting to schedule the delivery. I explained that I canceled the order and he informed me that the order was never canceled and the notes just said that I wanted to change the delivery date and time. He said that he would cancel the order on his end. Several hours later, I received a text message telling me to call and schedule my delivery. I ended up having to drive all the back to the store to get the situation resolved. Robert was the gentleman in the store that handled the issue finally. He was very apologetic after I explained what happened but at that point I was so disgusted that I still didn't want the table. We are used to having to order furniture and then wait 12-16 weeks for it. We were shocked to see how much of the inventory on the floor was available to be in your home, like tomorrow!
Of course, we chose a super customized sectional sofa, based on our own very specific needs. It only took 21 days from placing the order to making it from scratch, to our new white sofa landing in our living room, Still saving months our what we are used to waiting.
The prices were also excellent. It’s not the cheapest option you can take, but the quality is orders of magnitude higher than say Wayfair or some other made in China stuff.
What happened next is even better. After about a month, we realized that the cushions were really flattening out and losing shape. Could we have lived with it? Maybe. But it sagged so much so fast that we thought something was wrong.
We reached out to customer service through the website. They were prompt and nice and asked us to send along some pictures to show them what we were talking about. Within a couple of days, without sending out an inspector, they let us know that they would be replacing the sectional!
Living Spaces is about a half hour drive from our house, so a couple of weeks later we drove out there on a Saturday without letting them know we were coming. We didn’t expect to bother AJ again but I asked if he was around when we arrived. He came right over, remembered us—and after we told him what the problem was, he directed us to some more appropriate choices. He showed us fabric that was more likely to hold up and he really seemed to understand our design aesthetic too. We had to run to another appointment so I asked him to text me anything I needed to do.
In a few minutes AJ told us that the new couch was $1450 less than the first one! That left us enough to get a new bed for our master bedroom! Wow! So great.
If you’re looking for furniture we definitely recommend Living Spaces. We would have recommended them just for our initial purchase but to see how they stood behind the product, responded quickly to our request and then helped us quickly resolve the problem was just excellent.
Also as a digital professional, I was really impressed by their back end systems— the email and text communication that led to the delivery and the way the customer service experience was handled in a way that made us feel confident and they seemed to anticipate every question and answer it before we asked it.

The people working in the store are very nice and knowledgeable, which makes it easy to purchase something but DO NOT be fooled. We purchased a 6-piece power reclining sofa after we closed on our house in February. They delivered the sofa on a Monday but one of the reclining pieces was missing and one of the powered reclining sections made a horrible noise when it reclined out. I install had me speak with the person at the warehouse about the missing section so we scheduled for them to come out on Wednesday to bring it. The same day I called the 1-800 number about how the reclining piece was either not installed right or it was broked. He asked me to take a video and picture to send to him. Wednesday came and they delivered the 1 missing reclining piece and couldn't fix the part that making the noise so they said they would send a tech to go and fix it. We asked for a Saturday appointment since we my husband (Disabled Vet - whom they supposedly support) could not take a third day of work off for. The appointment was scheduled for 3/16 which was already 2-3 weeks after we purchased. The week the tech was scheduled to come out I received an email saying the item could not be fixed by the tech but that they could either replace or refund it. I called them because I liked my sofa and I wanted my sofa so I asked for a replacement but asked for an after 3pm delivery time or Saturday delivery. Well they only deliver to my area MWF and I was told they can't guarantee a delivery time but that I would be notified of a specific time the day before if it doesn't work then I should reschedule. I scheduled the delivery and was notified they would be there in the morning once again I called this time I asked if they were going to pay for either my husband or I to be there since he already missed 2 days of work for the same item. After repeating my story over and over, I asked them for a refund and to come and get their sofa. They said their refund policy is 7 days. I reminded them that I notified them the day it was delivered so it doesn't apply to me. The rep said let me see if I can contact the warehouse and ask if they can deliver it after 3pm the next day they called and said they will give me a refund after they pick up the sofa. Well...they picked up the sofa a couple of weeks ago and I am still waiting on my FULL REFUND. LIVING SPACES IS A JOKE!
