The Burger Bunker — Restaurant in Great Falls

Sadly, its a lot after it moved.

The food isn't bad, and it's reasonably priced. It doesn't taste super unique or original, but its good for the price! Same goes for the fries. They taste like flash-froze fries with a few different topping options (which is nice!). But again, nothing that breaks the mold.

The local is handy, and easy to get to.

The actually inside, though, feels thrown together. It has this odd feeling of a cafeteria that someone tried to decorate but had a poor budget. Tables and some counter space feels out of place, and it leads to an odd out-of-place feeling over all.

The staff also isn't great. They are friendly enough that I don't hate going in, but the staff seems bored and bothered by the customers. The amount of gossip that I heard about employees that were not present on the days I go in is insane! It's almost like half the staff hates the other half! And it shows with how they act around customers. I don't expect sunshine every time I got in, but the amount of times it looks like the staff is ready to start slapping people is just sad.

First time trying the Burger bunker! I usually go to my go to, the block. However, I have heard great things about the burger, bunker! I stroll the extra hundred yards and bam there it was!

The great things that I have heard was confirmed! I will echo what those have told me 10 fold!

The atmosphere, awesome clean, very clean and organized!

Although this is my first time eating here, I asked the server to “surprise me” with what to order. She asked what I like generally and I advised, and that surprised was a great surprise. I cannot stress it enough. She nailed it!! Absolutely amazing!

With all of that said having been in the food service industry for over 25 years, owning my own restaurants, food trucks, and working for The Coca-Cola Company at a high-level I would like to personally recognize Rachel’s customer service. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure that my order was taken properly. She had the cooks make it to perfection and she followed up promptly. If only 1 in 100 restaurants had a Rachel it would sure make the Food service business a much much better industry!

We ate here after driving by yesterday. Had never heard of it so we weren’t sure what to expect. There was plenty of seating and tables were spaced out nice, which was helpful with a stroller. The gentleman taking orders wasn’t overly friendly, but fit the “vibe” of the military themed restaurant. Our food came out quick and was hot. The gal that delivered our food was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing!! Came sizzling hot and had lots of flavor. We were impressed with how much food we got for the price. Very good prices. We took a while eating as we were catching up with friends. We were never rushed by the staff. Only downside was there was no changing tables in the bathroom. If there was I would have given 5 stars across the board.
