I really wanted to love this place, I've been to Great Falls a handful of times and never got the chance to go here. I finally did last night and unfortunately brought family. First complaint has to do with ventilation. I understand that this is a pizza joint with hot ovens, but dear god does it need ventilation if you sit in the upper area above the kitchen. Second has to do with servers. I understand there is a worker shortage in the states right now, but servers were bouncing all over the place and it was very chaotic. One server had so much going on, she looked as if she was going to burst into tears. It took 25 minutes for me to get a refill on a beer and they totally lost my wife's salad order. When she finally got her salad, everyone else had finished their food and we were ready to go.

Also, the fact that they don't update their drink menu which is poorly printed on a normal piece of paper is sad. You're drawing in what seems to be a pretty massive crowd. You should be able to afford to reprint menus when you switch out ciders and add things.

All in all, the food is fantastic. Takeout would have probably been a better option but we were visiting from out of town and wanted to sit down at a restaurant. Again, I'm very bummed out I have to give this such a low review. Hopefully things change in the near future!
