The yogurt was good but the service was horrible the two young ladies that were in there were so busy talking about a TV show that I had to interrupt them three times cuz they weren't even paying any attention to any of the customers that were in there and I had questions and they didn't ask to bother they didn't bother to ask if I had any questions or concerns or anything which I did and made me feel rude because I had to keep telling them excuse me sorry to interrupt you guys and so they would answer my question and go right back into the conversation not being attentive to the customer it was just straight rude it made me feel rude having to interrupt them three times about them talking about their TV show and they weren't even talking they were shouting...

TCBY is our go-to place for frozen yogurt. We love that you can get your own toppings and own portions. We've always had great experiences when we come. Some of our favorite flavors are white chocolate mousse, Oreo, caramel, and strawberry. They also have sampling cups so you know which one you would like. It can get a little pricey the more you add so make sure you're not adding too much! Although it is very easy to add too much because they have some great toppings. With Covid restrictions in place, plan to spend at least $9-$10 per person. I understand that you get small containers with maybe a little more than what you would normally put on your bowl, but last week I ordered one flavor with caramel sauce, cheesecake bites, and caramel turtles. The price was almost $9! It normally costs me about $5 with 5-6 toppings. Normally it's weighed, but not with restrictions in place. As much as I love frozen yogurt, I can't spend that much again until we are able to weigh bowls again. I feel like customers are getting gouged because of the restrictions. Not happy about it.
