If I can rate 0 stars I would. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this nail salon. It was my birthday and I allowed them to do my feet, Not only did they cut my big toe during the pedicure, but their lack of expertise in dealing with ingrown nails made the situation even worse. On top of that, I noticed that their tools were rusty, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious health concerns. What's even more disappointing is that when I brought up the issue, they tried to brush it off without taking responsibility for hurting me. From then, I insisted that I was not going to get my nails done there because I knew it would not have been pleasant. They ignored me and kept insisting that they would start while I was getting my feet done. I got up and left and did not allow them to continue working on my feet. Especially with a sharp tool they used to cut me. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this salon to prevent any potential harm to your health! The photos I have attached due them a little justice because this is hours after being cut. Leaving the salon my toe was leaking blood.

This place is horrible and messed up my Birthday. I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 for specifically a refill and a gel pedicure ( was on a budget because I did have my birthday dinner to attend to ). This is my first time ever at the place , they tell me if I know what design or color I would like , I say no I’ll figure it out while you guys work on me .. the girl started doing so many services .. DID NOT ASK ME ONCE or INFORM me of the different packages .. i didn’t even know there were packages.. all I said regular gel pedi.. at the end of the service I ended up paying a 120$.. i asked as to why ? 70$ pedi? I asked for the business owner..They then decided to inform on their other pedis.. and i asked them as to why they wouldn’t tell me this earlier, the business owner himself told me he wouldn’t do anything and to not leave a tip and just pay the bill & it wasn’t his problem, when I asked him if he could stop being rude to me and told me to take my business else where.. first photos are 70$ full set in newyork vs 50$ black plain refill.. the shape is HORRIBLE and I asked for them to be shaped exactly like the first time I got them done..

This was my first time there. I recently moved to Middlesex and need a new spot for my pedicures. I’m not fancy I don’t use gel, just need a good cleaning and polish. The place itself was nice and the people were friendly. For those reasons I gave it 2 stars. The pedicure itself was not good. It looked like something I did to myself and I’m not good with nail polish. The tech did a poor job with my cuticles, even drew blood. I’m not one to complain about a pinch here and there but it was to the point I actually had to say ouch out loud. I can appreciate a good heel scrub but this was a bit painful since she was carelessly hitting my ankles. I may have had high expectations based on the reviews I saw for this location but I left the salon very disappointed. A basic pedicure (no add ons, no gel) came out to $33, and it did not look like I went to a salon for it. I will continue my hunt for a new pedicure spot. Would not recommend anyone looking for a good pedicure.

I came to this nail shop as a walk in. The facility has a nice set up, but due to my experience there I had to give them a star review. When I walked in no one acknowledged me. I asked the first person in the front who was working on a customer if they were accepting any walk ins. She, in her language, spoke to another coworker and I repeated myself for just a pedicure. She said to wait about 20 minutes. I agreed and sat down to wait. Another lady comes from the back room and asks me again what I was looking for, I explained I was just looking to do a pedicure. She then convinces me that she was available for a pedicure, in which I agreed despite just wanting a pedicure. Maybe 10 mins in another woman walks in and I felt she started to rush through the manicure to hurry up and get to the lady that just walked in whom seemed like a regular. That's a red flag for me. She rushes to try to give me a gel manicure and I told her I only do regular because gel breaks my nails. Another red flag, she gave me a look "like seriously." Once she was done, she set me up to dry and the next lady to do my pedicure got me. Third red flag, "cleaned" spa chair and NO plastic covering. It's December 2022(at this time), where are your plastic coverings for the spa chair? People have fungus and don't even know it. The lady that did my pedicure was rough and my fourth red flag is when she stabbed into my big toe. Yes, I bled and was very painful. I kept quiet, because I didn't want to make a scene with their other customers inside the shop. I asked the lady, who did the manicure, whom seemed like she was in charge if I could get a discount or something for my inconvenience and she told me they didn't do discounts. She put Neosporin on my toe and gave me a "complimentary disinfectant spray." To this day, I keep an eye on my toe. The area where she stabbed into my toe still hurts. You can definitely see who this shop caters to more and I definitely will not come back to...

Honest review! I found this salon on a whim. My sister and I happened to be in the area and I was in dire need of a fill in (for reference I use gel builder not acrylic). I called and they booked us in right away (but they do accept walk ins). My first impression was great. Super clean, ample place. Good selection of colors for gel and from what I saw on the walls, good selection for dip powder too for whomever does that service. I personally was done by the first desk, male tech (sorry I didn’t get his name). Keep in mind, I don’t like ton of talk when I’m at the nail salon because It’s my down time (I have a toddler-enough said lol) so this is the reason I didn’t think to get a name- but this gentleman did not disappoint! He did such a great job! At first I was a little annoyed that for my design was an extra $20 for two colors, but he explained that it was for the time it took and honestly- after I saw the end result I totally got it. He took his time and did it exactly as in the picture I showed him. My ONLY complaint is the $3 charge if you use your card to pay- I mean come on! My sister and I paid on one card to avoid a $6 total up charge. I did express how they shouldn’t charge a fee to use your card - I mean can’t businesses right toff these fees anyway? Other than that they were a 10 for 10 for me for nails. My sister got a “spa pedicure” and her experience wasn’t as great/ it was mediocre for her but i’m only speaking for myself as far as nails. I recommend this business for sure! I left...

I had been looking for a new place for a gel pedicure and this place did not disappoint me in terms of the quality of the pedicure I received. It was one of the better gel pedicures I have had in the area. The salon was beautiful inside and the staff was very friendly. I was a little disappointed in my experience though. I was there for about 1.5 hours (I had to wait a bit for the staff to finish someone else) I didn't mind because I got to soak my feet in their nice tubs and I was getting a break from my kids for a while! BUT there was a woman who was on speaker phone and using Facetime the entire time I was there and she was LOUD! It was so irritating and rude and I was disappointed that the staff didnt ask her to hang up. I can understand a brief phone call, but this was ridiculous! I am a busy working Mom and rarely have time to relax and I was really upset that I had to listen to this lady AND the multiple people she was talking to since she was on speaker. I was also a little disappointed because when I went to pay she said it would be $40. I handed her my debit card and she said to pay with a card would be $43 and she told me to bring cash next time. They were making such a big deal about me being a new customer when I first came in that it would have been nice if they waived the $3 fee since I didn't know the cash price would be different. Even with those two things, I will still go back because my pedicure was very good and I believe in...
