UPDATE: 9/27/22 - they earned 1 star back = 2 stars. Recently, they were able to fulfill a customized order within hours. For that - I am adding a star back.

Original Review: Long delays to have the product ready and staff forgetful. This leads me to a rating of 1 star and this is how I derived at it:

If I start with 4 stars for an okay experience, then I have to subtract:

1 star, because I paid the full amount of items that were delivered 2 months later! I ordered with a huge amount of lead time and my order was not ready when the soccer season started and my kids needed the items!

-1 star, because we had to call several times for the order and when the season started, not all parts of the order were ready. We could pick up a part of the order, but waited and waited (and waited) but did not get the full order. They were unable to source a part, which our soccer clubs requires the players to wear! On top of that - 1 part had the number ironed on in a crumbled way.

-1 star, because after a lot of phone calls, in the midst of the soccer season we lost interest in this last item and asked for a refund. It took a long time for them to agree but then they finally agreed (after we paid for this 3 months ago). But: they FORGOT to issue the refund and we had to call YET AGAIN.

This leaves 1 lonely star for the...

The store was overall clean not dusty or anything but not very well organized. Racks were scrunched together making it hard to explore. The employees say hi but it felt uncomfortable. When asking for assistance it felt bothersome. I unfortunately had an issue and the manager was very dismissive. I was hopeful it had fallen out of the box while we were in the store when he tried it on and she stated my son has to have lost the missing piece and when I stated that he said it only came with one she said they inspect every product and every box when it arrives to make sure there are no issues. It made the space even more uncomfortable to be in. I didn’t enjoy my experience the first time and this made it worse. Hopefully will find a friendlier...

I stopped by to pick up a soccer uniform which i ordered online.

The only item i bought from the store was a soccer ball, the price seemed a little bit higher compared to other places, but i would rather give my money to a local business than to a chain store.

Their inventory is mostly oriented to adults and teenagers, they have a limited inventory for little kids so if you bring your kids, there is a big chance that they will not have anything for them. Also their customer service is not their strength so if you have any questions you may have to ask multiple times before someone...
