Dear Ideal Tile Team,

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional service I have received from Ideal Tile, particularly Rocco, over the course of my past two home projects.

Having worked with Ideal Tile on different projects for both of my homes, I can confidently say that Rocco is the most honest and knowledgeable person I have encountered during my search for quality tile and experienced installers. Rocco's expertise and honesty were crucial factors in my decision to choose Ideal Tile over and over again. He is the only reason my home renovations have turned out so perfectly.

I would also like to share a valuable lesson learned from my most recent home project— my master bath. In my impatience, I opted not to wait for Rocco's installers to do the work since they were so busy and would be a while to they could get to my project due to a huge project they were currently doing, so I did chose a different path and use another tile installer to do the work. Unfortunately, this decision not only cost me more time but also resulted in significant additional expenses. I had to go back in shame to apologize to ask Rocco to please rectify the major issues that occurred from the other tile guy. It was not the main tile guy I used or where I got the name from. However, it was the two laborer guys who actually did the work that could not speak English nor cared at all in the quality of work they did. Even to this day and I have grout washing away out of the joints when using the shower. This experience reinforced the importance of trusting professionals for fine work, and recognizing that good things take time and investment to be done right.

In the end, Rocco's mastery of his trade, and the support quality of the installers had to come to my house and help save the main part of my shower, and I couldn't be more grateful for his expertise. I have attached pictures of the projects for your reference.

We recently had an unfortunate experience with a tiling subcontractor who used an inferior mastic to secure tile to our shower walls which resulted in the tiles falling off and cracking prior to them being grouted. We needed to get new tiles (that would match the tiles on the shower floor) so our contractor could step in and finish the job prior to the arrival of family for Mother’s Day, expected in 4 days. We could not get the same tile in a timely fashion so we stopped in at Ideal Tile in Green Brook and Joseph helped us select a great complimentary tile that he had in stock. We replaced our dated countertops with a gorgeous porcelain slab of gray and white with a touch of burnt amber to match out existing kitchen cabinets and found an equally gorgeous tile for the backsplash. Additionally we replaced the countertop on our master bath vanity with a gray marble looking material. The entire project was so professional in every dimension and was completed with perfection.
