I'm not an Xfinity customer or would I ever be, my next door neighbor is the xfinity customer (Taurus Ln) the first time exfinity showed up on my property they took a shovel and manuly cut a trench to bury there line , entincnaly and deliberately cutting my fiber optic service line to my home. My line was clearly marked by flags by a locate company. There was absolutely no reason for exfinity to even be in my yard. I had to go through not having services to my home now and all the trouble of being on hold and dealing with getting my service restored . I advised the person that he had cut my line to get off of my property and stay off ! I advised the man not to ever come back on my property to bury the neighbors line . He was trying to avoid heavy root density of the neighbors tree . Without ever asking me , no contact was made to advise me that they were putting the line in my yard . I took it one step further to do my due diligence and called the xfinity office on 6.12.25 to advise them to stay off of my property and to not ever come back on my property without contacting me prior and that they had no right to bury thier line deep into my yard to avoid the root situation. When all they had to do was re- route their line a few feet to avoid damaging my yard and avoiding the line being put into my yard. On a Saturday 6.14.25, their crew showed up on my property a 2nd time without contacting me and trinched their line far over into my yard. They totally damaged and tore my yard to pieces , leaving a total mess! with roots and huge trincher track damage . I then called xfinity again that day to get a resolution to the matter. I spoke to a supervisor (Sid) at xfinity with much effort and being on hold for 1.5 hours ,and was told by the supervisor they where sending out a crew within the next hour or hour and a half .. not to worry, this was their mistake, and they were going to get this handled IMEDIATLY! No one showed up as I was promised. When I called back to speak to someone .On 6.15.25 I spent over an hour and a half on hold and talking to many people and going through the pain of detailing my issue yet again . I asked to speak to a supervisor again . I was told that privileged to speak to an xfinity supervisor was only for service customers. I had to mow my grass later that day and spent 2.5 hours shoveling, grubbing out stumps, and raking . I'm a 63 year old man and was left with no choice but to fix my yard the best I could in order to mow (I was told by xfinity that someone would contact me in 72 hrs+) . My repairs were no ways near the way it was prior to xfinity coming onto my property, damaging it . I also removed the line from my property with much effort and digging and placed it back into my neighbors yard, careful not to interrupt my neighbors service . On 6.16.25 I called xfinity again to attempt to get someone to handle my xfinity problem. I had to speak to a man in Cairo Egypt who handled my request to get the matter resolved . On 6.16.25 at 4:45 a very rude man by the name of(Cory) showed up from the xfinitys contract company. The representative only wanted to argue with me . He made a very half hearted attempt to repair my yard .. he poured dirt onto my mulch and only filled a few of the tracks his company made . And threw a little grass seed on the dirt . On 6.17.25 A lady from xfinity called me, and once again, I had to go through the pain of explaining my damage complant. She said I would have to turn this over to my supervisor.. I have gotten no call back , my yard is still not completely repaired to my satisfaction. My dealing with Xfinitys representatives and contractors has been a total disrespect to me and my property. I'm not one of their customers, but the way they have treated me and my property is totally shameful! No one at xfinity or its contractors care . You would think that a company that spends so much in advertising for new customers would care enough to put forth a reasonable effort to the public and property owners ! ! Beware of doing business with such a...

Door to door rep will not respond so we went into the store....we've only been with the company for 3 months and have been to the store 4 times. At first the bill was twice as much as what we signed for. We only signed up for internet.
First time in the lady said she call when the ticket was put in. She didn't call nor did she put the ticket in.
Second time we went in, we talked to a clerk and a manager. They told us how awful door to door people are. They scanned our contract and added it to our account. Manager said he put a ticket in. Said to check the app to make sure it was right...it was not fixed.
We received a phone call on a friday stating that the rep had been on vacation but he would give us a call on the next Tuesday. We did not receive a call. Waited till the following Friday before going back to the store.
Third time talked to the first lady again. This time she told us she couldn't do anything because she wasn't a manager. Oh, we also had to wait so long that guy 2 ,who we requested to have because he knew our situation, took off without saying anything. This meant that we had to wait even longer because we had been linked with him. Then the guy who signed us in jokes about it. Also no manager was even working for the next 3 days.
Forth time, when we went in we immediately asked for a manager and we were told by the same sign in guy he didn't even know if they had a manager on duty and refused to find out. When our name was finally called we asked to have the manager which he wouldn't get. A new employee, a sales rep, said he'd check to see if the manager was there and if she was busy. She was on the phone and he said he would check again in a few minuets. The clerk started going off saying we don't even have an account with them. Which if we don't have an account, how do we have a bill? He didn't care that we had been in multiple time trying to fix this. He wanted to sign us up for tv and then take it off to try to trick the system. He also said that he's not supposed to do as company policy. I told him that I wasn't signing anything that would say I owed them money for a service I did not want. I asked for the manager again and the sales rep went to check on the manager. She eventually came out to try to help us. She took our contract and scanned it again to add it to the account. She had the clerk put another ticket in trying to fix it. She acted like she understood that we pretty much done with this company and if we have to come back in it will be to cancel our service. After the manager left the clerk said that the ticket will probably take a minimum of 2 weeks to be processed. And said we should stay in contact with them. We asked for the phone number of the store, since it wasn't posted online or on the store front. He said "we don't have one....we would spend all day answering phone calls instead of helping customers." We left our information and he put our claim on the calendar so they will call us. We'll see if that happens....
Also this is the only store near us and it's 45 minutes away. So we have already spent 6 hours just driving. Who knows how many hours have been spent inside...
Read moreI've never in my life experienced such disrespect, disregard & flat out lazy, rude! I have now filed complaints with fcc, bbb & posting this over web. I was returning equipment from a replacement wifi box after MONTHS of very unreliable internet. I was told to bring them to store instead of ups. I am a woman that is a senior. I was carrying the large box to the door & was struggling to pull open heavy glass door with one hand & nearly fell over. I see "GORDON" standung there watching me struggle & DID NOT MOVE, OFFER ASSISTANCE but watched in some kind of amusement as I struggled. Door was heavy. I got into door & asked him as he stood right there NEAR the door in same place &, asked why he didn't help me! I went off on me & instead of asking what i was there for, he stood there & argued with me. I asked him why is he arguing. He then commented "this is my store", leave. He doesn't own the store & what gave him the entitled right to disregard my rights? It was rude, cruel, unprofessional & flat out unwarranted. A stranger would help someone with a heavy door if they saw they were struggling. I have physical limitations somewhat & my rights were violated. Also this was not an automatic door that is required for handicap assessibility. I took pics & told him I'm reporting him. Companies ARE responsible legally & ethically for employees. I then went to my car & called to make a complaint. I then in good faith took equipment to ups with receipt. I drove out of my way to xfinity store in good faith to return equipment. Waisted my time & I was somewhat traumatized after this experience. Who does this?? Where do they get these people from?? Again, I have filed complaints. Going to cancel service & go back to ATT & seek legal remedies for this behavior. I cannot do business & pay money for service & be treated this poorly unwarrabted. I have been telling outsiders about this & common responses were that's "concerning", "disturbing ". This is unacceptable & frankly not normal behavior that was given to me. I believe Gordon should find another line of work that is not in customer service & not putting a companies reputation on the line. Gordon cause...
