So as much as I wanted to give a 1 start I have to say I bought a bike here in 2021 and customers service was great then however I returned this year to give my returned business because I had great service back then and as of 12/3/24 the customer service has went completely sideways, Let me explain. So I walk into the dealership and started to look around when I was approached by a young man who at first never introduced himself he asked if I needed help and then I said I would like to see the used bikes, then he proceeded to ask me if Iām ready to go now I stated that I wanted to wait for my wife as she had entered the restroom after she exited the restroom. The gentleman automatically started to walk outside to go across the way to the building with the used motorcycle. After entering the building with the used motorcycles, the gentleman proceeded to walk left of the building and sat on a bike while my wife and I walk to the right of the building and looked at the bikes. He never asked any questions. He answered a few questions when I stated to him if I was interested in this bike, are they gonna appoint me to a sales rep? He then stated that he was a sales rep. I replied by saying to the gentleman you didnāt come off as a sales rep as you never introduced yourself or spoke to me in regards to purchasing a bike. Now I understand thereās some sales reps make it a point to allow the customers to roam freely so that they donāt feel like that theyāre being hovered over, but this gentleman didnāt take the time to speak about anything with the bike only when I asked him what he thought the payments would be, and if they took in trade-ins Like a side-by-side, then he proceeded to say we donāt take those and I understand that not all dealerships are the same, but this is the first dealership of a Harley dealership who did not accept that type of trade-in, which is understandable however we proceeded to leave gentlemen never said anything. I told him thank you for allowing us to see the bikes, and that was that I got in my truck and I left then I called about 40 minutes later in regards of that same bike because I didnāt get the mileage it just so happens that the gentleman name is Tom. He answered the phone and sales and then said that he was the one who took us over there. 24 hours later I went onto Harley Davidsonās Financial and file for a credit report where I was approved. I walked into the dealership as of today 12/4/2024. Spoke with a young lady at the front counter and which I said that I was approved for a motorcycle or loan for that fact, and I would like to speak with someone in purchasing a motorcycle however, I did not want to have the sales rep that showed me the bike because I wanted someone who actually wanted to sell a bike. So she appointed me a gentleman by the name of John John had taken me over as I wanted to get a second glimpse of the bike before we were to discuss numbers. John then walk me back over said he was gonna get numbers together came over to me about 15 minutes later and showed me two numbers I said the numbers didnāt work for me obviously at this point I realize that there was no room for negotiation as I stated to John. I will let you know I thought as a salesman he would wanna make the sale and talk me into purchased in the bike or even trying to convince me nothing was done. He said no problem and he walked away returning with his business card and said when youāre ready to make the deal let me know. I think itās a little odd as I have purchased a bike before and had a great experience and it seems as if the sales reps there are making money, even if they donāt sell the bikes which is a little odd to me(Customer) service in my opinion is Key to be an a successful salesman I donāt know if this is their tactic or this is how they do business because in the past, it wasnāt this way but I will say is this is not a negative towards the Company, no matter how much I really loved the bike customer service is key. It was the best choice I could have made. Anthony was a great instructor and taught me things I didnāt remember and helped break some bad habits. While taking the course I was in the process of fixing and changing the looks of an 04 Road king. Val and Rich at parts were helpful in sourcing parts no longer available from HD and when they couldnāt, they made suggestions where I may find parts that I couldnāt even find on ebay. They listened to what I wanted and even saved me money by telling me what I didnāt need, even though they could have sold it to me. With their help, my 04 RK is running almost like now. The riding gear/clothing department has also been very helpful. They listen to what I want and make suggestions based on that and offer their own experience with products. They helped me find a helmet that met my needs and were very patient with my indecisiveness and multiple visits to the department over a few weeks. The GM, Bill, was great to talk to. He loves old bikes and offered some ideas to get rid of one stubborn code my bike keeps throwing. His suggestions helped, but I still have other things to try that he suggested. Since my 04 RK is on a lift being worked on, as much as ridden, I decided I needed a reliable bike and joked with Val I needed a new HD. She introduced me to Pat, in sales, and we came to a great deal on a 23 Road Glide. Mike, the finance manager, made the process simple and easy. There was no hard sell on warranty plans, like at car dealerships. He listened to what I wanted and found what worked for me. My wife and I met Barb, while walking around the dealership waiting on Pat to finish with another customer and she was very nice and a joy to talk with. Barbās HD has made me feel like more than a customer; they make me feel like Iām part of the family. If the service department is as good as the rest of the dealership, Iāll be thrilled and Iām pretty sure I will have the chance to find out after I get the Wireless Interface Module installed and need them...

He said thereās no money back And that I got my moneys worth so I went to the second day which was the motorcycle course and the motorcycle is so small and if youāre a big guy youāre not fitting on it itās totally unsafe. I felt in fear for my life so I could not even write it because it was so small. The general manager told me to go F myself and the instructor was very rude and disrespectful as well. They donāt care how much you paid for the class I donāt care if you do the class or not itās basically a money racket to get people to do it and then basically tell you that youāre on your own, I donāt think itās worth the money and you better be ready to handle attitude and people that are ignorant and disrespectful and the testing is ridiculous and I just want my money back. I totally was not worth it and I never even got to finish the class because they were so ignorant and the bike was so small. . The manager couldāve did the right thing and just gave me my money back the first day that I asked I told him I was unsafe instead, he said I donāt care about your feelings get out of my building so with this said, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
