Lane Bryant — Attraction in Harker Heights

June 2023...I went in to pick up an online order. In the clearance area I noticed the red sign indicating additional 50% off clearance. I went to look when I spotted the panties in the clearance area and pulled out several. I was looking for the reduced price. I couldn't find it, but noticed a pen mark through the tag or a small white adhesive tag covering the tag. I asked the price; the associate didn't know. She scanned them; they came up regular price. I told her they were in the clearance area. She asked other associate and was told they fall under the buy 3 get 3 special that was going on with regular priced panties. They were in the clearance area and should have a clearance price. I didn't have the energy to argue and decided to just leave a review. If something is not on clearance it should not be in the clearance area. This creates confusion and annoyance.

2 years ago...I visited within posted hours and the doors were locked. I called and there was a continuous ring. I called after hours and the machine picked up. If you're not gonna be open don't say that you are open....

Update: went back this week, two years since this review, and the same experience. This time, I had to go find someone to help me and ask if someone could help me with bra measurements. I've lost some weight but the measurements were way off, 3 sizes too small, I have no reason to shop there anymore.

What's happened to the customer service at Lane Bryant? I love this store and I love their clothing but I walked in and there were 4 clerks in the store and it wasn't that busy. not one offered to help. After wandering around the store for about 15 minutes I started to leave.

As I was walking out someone finally asked me if I was finding everything okay. I turned around and said no, and that I was looking for a strapless bra. She apologized saying "I'm so sorry did we not have your size today?". I said I would never know because no one helped me. I tried a bra on in the store today and though they were very breathable and comfortable, the bra was on sale for buy one get one 50% off. I never did get the special discount applied to my cart. I ended up paying full price for both bras, which of course are very much expensive. I was pretty disappointed considering It was my first experience with Lane Bryant. I got my very first accurate bra size fitting in the store and was promised that the discounts were posted on the website as they were in the store. Although I was almost unable to afford these bras, I had just discovered that I've been wearing the wrong size my entire life so I took a leap and decided to make my first Lane Bryant purchase.
