This mall is at a great location, right next to the Hershey's Chocolate world and the amusement park!! This mall had all luxry brand stores that you can imagine or know of. Just see the picture of the directory. To name a few, Michael Kors, Coach, Veera Bradley, Kate Spade etc. This complex Is a one story outdoor set. All stores are in a square. With a parking lot in the center. A lot of walking will be done if you part your car by One store and need to go to one across the lot!! No official food court. Just some regular food place like Subway, Starbucks etc. At the end corners of the stores wings have restrooms. There are EV Charging spots at the beginning of each row of parking.
Pricing were very good when I visited between the Christmas and the New year. You will notice one thing that there are a ton of choices within the stores. You may see something at an outlet here thst you won't see in the same brand's store in a regular mall. Starbucks has a drive try through. Also outdoor seating. Subway was great!! I tried both!! Good food and service!! Enjoy if you visit! Don't forget to visit Hershey's...
Read moreThere are no signs saying no trucks. We were bobtailed. Not there even an hour here as it was after 7 pm when we got there. Had time for one store and the wanna be cop (security) said trucks were not allowed and that we had 18 wheels. (Clearly he cannot count or seen an imaginary trailer as a real one won't fit in here). Idk about anyone else but if something has 18 wheels and you subtract the trailer it makes it less wheels not the same amount. Then proceeded to lie saying was there all day and tried starting a fight on his power trip. Mind u proof we wasn't as trailer was dropped at warehouse and paperwork to prove and receipts from restraunt and another store in another plaza no where near there with time on it. He also tried interrogating like he was writing a book or investigating why would someone driving a semi dare shop here. Also there was barley anyone and was parked away from everyone. Will be notifying corporate when they open. AGAIN THERE WAS NO TRUCK SIGNS ANY WHERE AND FMCSA RULES SAYS WITHOUT A TRAILER YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE A CAR CAN OTHER THEN HEIGHT AND WEIGHT...
Read moreI received a Tanger Outlets gift certificate for Christmas, which I decided to use yesterday. I had no trouble at Famous Footwear but when I went to Van Heusen to spend the $10 remaining on my gift card, I was told that they were unable to accept the gift certificate. The issue is that my gift certificate was in paper form and needed to be manually entered into the credit card machine, something that is impossible with the new chip readers. The store clerk was very polite and tried several different options but she ultimately told me that she could not accept the certificate. I found out later that the Shopper Services folks could convert my gift certificate into a scannable card that would have worked but I was already home when I was told that so I do not know if it would actually have been successful. Once I returned home, I called Tanger Customer service and the woman on the phone was great but this whole situation left a bad taste...
