I am completely appalled by the lack of customer service and professionalism. Today at 5:30PM, I went into the store with my 16 month old son. As I was walking down one aisle, I noticed the Silhouette Cameo on a bottom shelf labeled "Silhouette Cameo CLEARANCE. Original $269.99, now $179.99" I did a double take, picked up the box and noted that it stated "Display box only". I took a picture of the clearance label to make sure I was seeing it correctly, and placed the empty display box in my cart, as it directed to take to register.
I went to the register to purchase this item. The employee told me that she had to "have someone get it from the cage". Moments later the Associate Manager, Susan walked up, dropped off the older version of the Cameo and said "This is the one for $179" and walked away.
Confused, I asked the employee if she could have the manager come back because they are two different versions. (It was like trying to give me an iPhone 4, when you said the iPhone 6 was on sale). Susan came back instantly confrontational. She claimed that they are practically the same and that the original is the one on clearance. Regardless if this is true or not, this is a classic example of false advertisement. To my surprise, Susan kept trying to walk away - as if to say, too bad, it's this or nothing.
I told her I was appalled with her lack of customer service and that they should honor the advertised price. I asked who her manager is and she replied, "Ron, but I don't know when he will be here next". Susan then reluctantly agreed to honor the advertising. However, in the same sentence said, they are out stock so she can't do anything for me. She cannot honor the price at another store, nor can she hold the item when it comes back into stock because they "can't hold caged items". She kept trying to walk away again.
I was honestly in shock, how can a manager lack such professionalism? I said she isn't even attempting to rectify the situation. She said "what do you want me to do?" I asked her to honor the price. She told me that they don't have it so buy it online for $269. I asked her to write down my contact info and have Ron call me.
On the piece of paper, she wrote my name, number and "Silhouette Cameo $269, wants for $179".

Read moreSO DISAPPOINTED! I had bought a frame a few days ago and then I saw it went on sale to 60% off. No where online did it say online only price. So I went to get a price adjustment on the frame but the cashier returned it completely and then started a new order to purchase and it stated that it was not on sale. They said that I could purchase the frame online and they could give it to me. I said okay and went online, it said it was not in stock so I could not purchase it. The cashier called for the manager (Athena) who then made us wait 15 minutes for her to tell us basically not our problem and that she couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a price adjustment and the framer interjected (Kat) stating that was illegal and against company policy, she seems to be confused on what is law and what is company policy. They were so unhelpful and very dismissive and did not work with me at all. They did not even offer to give the frame back for the original price that I paid. I have never been so disappointed in customer service in my life.

Needed christmas tree ornaments...Employee said yes we should have that product its over there on one of those endcaps... and then said you should be able to find it...seriously? really? Im asking the employee because i couldnt find it...at least the manager knew what was going on...he said right away we dont have anymore sold out. check back in a few days.
Also The phone app asked 8 time to enable functions on my phone that it shouldnt need access to. Location is not required. And it forces wifi to actively search for open connections.
They will not give us coupon discounts unless you are signed up for markenting spam..
It should be included in the online download able promotion coupons...
dont forget never delete the spam emails until you use your special savings coupons. This cost us about 50 dollars...25% off whole purchase...sad but hey we have an awesome...
