Holland Civic Center Place — Attraction in Holland

We arrived early for a wedding reception after traveling over two hours, I came into the venue to use the restroom and was treated badly by a staff member with dark hair, tattoos down her arm and a big mouth. I waited outside the room after she was rude to me for others to arrive at the reception. I had to listen to her big mouth the entire time I waited. It’s now a half hour before the time the invite had said it started you’d think they’d tell us it’s ok to come in, but nope! I’m sure the family spent very good money too have the party here, what a shame at how I was treated! FYI at 5:15 they were still being rude to other guests! They didn’t unlock anything for me as your bathrooms didn’t have locks...

Very nice setup..for events...and farmers market outside..

Renovations inside and out..can't say when that happened..but its been several years since I went to an event here...but really lovely and open entrance.... ... spacious restroom facilities..

Snack bar ....many and comfy seating arrangements in the lobby..

The event was the Pet Expo that was today...representing cat shelters..n having some kittens and cats for adopting....Several vendors were there with things to buy for your cat or dog.. Treats and toys and home-ade items.. Several vendors items for purchase for yourself as well..herbal tea, jewlery, magnets...pot holders...mostly pet related... Very organized...

Staff is amazing and venue is beautiful! Yesterday evening we attended my little cousins 16th birthday celebration, my son was throwing a fit to the point of going home. One of the staff workers wearing black at the bar tending section (I can’t remember her name) went out of her way to grab toys out of her car to help calm my son and it worked! So whoever she was, thanks again! You made our night that...
