I bought two dubai bars from this place. I took one bite and instantly regretted everything. Tasted like cardboard with fake chocolate perfume. The strawberry one? DRY. So I go back in to return it and this black haired girl is behind the counter blasting music so loud I had to practically scream just to tell her the dubai bar tasted nasty. I explain how disgusting it was cheap quality, flavorless and she looks stressed and tries to refund me, but get this… she can’t even give me a refund in the register. Like maybe she was still in training it seemed. (clearly not being trained well) Professionalism where? I waited 20 minutes while she called someone not sure who? while i waited patiently. I saw her hand the phone to a different another girl because she doesnt know what to do assuming. So she tells me how the person on the phone apparently said they can’t give me cash, can’t refund the card either, and the best I can do is pick something else! I wished she could’ve told me that sooner rather then later then i wouldn’t been on my way and no time would’ve been wasted. lets hope that doesn’t...

i came to this shop yesterday to get some rolled ice cream and the girl who worked there did not know how to make the rolled ice cream and failed at doing it. she then offered for her to try again and i said yes that would be great and then she said never mind i think the machine isn’t working lately. this was an obvious lie she said just to try to get out of doing her job. i think this is very unprofessional and this place should not be hiring people to work here if they cannot complete a simple task to meet their customers needs. also, prices are this place were extremely higher than they should be while there are plenty other of ice cream shops that sell everything for much cheaper. i am very unhappy my experience and i probably will not be visiting...

Stopped in there to look at candy and discovered they had a whole section of Labubu boxes. Signs and everything said “Labubu.” I have two kids who have been asking for them, so I bought a bunch of them to plan ahead for Christmas and such. Upon opening the boxes, I discovered that they were fake. After spending so much money there, I went back the next day to ask for a refund and they told me “they don’t give refunds.” After complaining, the girl called the manager and the manager told her to tell me “No one promised you they were real.” I replied with “you literally have signs everywhere saying they’re Labubus.” Now I’ve reported them on multiple platforms.
