I was at the store the night everyone was to be evacuated from Hurricane Irma, I was visiting from Chicago and we had a flight the next morning. 15 minutes after I left the store I realized I left my phone, they were gone as everyone was to evacuate (was'nt 100% sure it was there) but I knew I lost it. I called and due to the storm there was no phone service. Weeks later I had little faith I would find it but once I called they confirmed they found it, sent it back to me and also included a little trinket from the store. Now this is what I call caring about a customer!! I can't thank them enough. Its not just the phone (even though I replaced it) its the memories from the camera (especially right before the storm and of my family). Thank you to these kind people and during such hectic times!
