went to a salon to get my hair dyed. I liked the color, but when I got home, my husband said he could still see my gray hair. I called the salon and they said I could come back for a free touch-up. I went back three days later. The stylist dyed my hair again and started to blow-dry it. Halfway through, she stopped and said, "Okay, it's done." I said, "My hair is still wet." Horrific experience! I had root touch up and after they rinsed my hair and combed it clumps of hair were coming out. I was horrified and asked for ingredients of what was used and was told I could look it up on line . When I said I did not want them to touch my hair further they were more concerned with getting their $65 then the reaction I was having to their hair color. If I could give half a star I would.
