My husband and I have been there few times. Today was the worst. I have prohibitive medical condition which makes mask a real challenge for me. I usually when I can tolerate it wear a jawline mask that covers my nose and mouth. I walked in and was told it wasn't good enough and my option were a medical mask which is a no go or stand out in the rain and get soaked while I asked then to bring me products. That is an unacceptable way to treat someone. Especially someone who needs accommodation. I have never had issues in other stores with this type of mask. I have shopped at even other game shops. Now that my family has sold their vacation home it will be a lot harder to visit this place. I always enjoyed window shopping here but I was never able to afford anything. Both times the place has been clean, well-stocked with the latest RC aircraft and models, and had great, friendly staff. Guy behind the counter was extremely personable, and very knowledgeable about all facets of RC aircraft.
