This tour was terrible. Although it did give me the experience of being a tortured soul, trapped in endless misery. The tour lasted 1hr 45min but only had about 20min of material. The tour info was pretty much all false, as we found out from the actual history. The “tour guide” was rude and snippy. She told us Al Capone’s escape tunnel was in the parking garage of the Arlington and pointed out a “tunnel”. Turns out it was the valet entrance and there have never been any tunnels discovered. The speaker and mic the guide used was super cheap and terrible. You could hear her, but it sounded awful and you couldn’t understand half of what she said. If you like boredom, regret, eye-rolling jokes, and non-ghost related garbage, this tour is for you!

Definitely informative and the tour guide Terry was funny and talkative. We walked for about a mile ending at Rolandos on the parking lot hill where vehicles coming in can barely see you, so a bit dangerous for young kids. We went by 5 locations and there was 78 in our group. We did learn some interesting facts at each location. But it was super hard to hear him, so get up close to him if you really want to hear the stories. I think our favorite was the facts behind the huge veteran building on the corner "the death castle". Not sure we'd pay $15 a person to do it again though lol. We felt like it was a $10 tour quality. Great atmosphere downtown though!

Tiffany did a good job with the tour. She was on time and was very knowledgeable. Her jokes need a little work lol. But it was all in good fun. The tour is completely outside and you do not enter any of the buildings. The tour ends at the end of the main strip past the Arlington hotel. I personally think a tour like this should end at the same place you begin but I am not the operator of the tour so it’s just my opinion. All in all it’s still an interesting tour and it is entertaining. If your looking for a super professional really involved tour this isn’t it. But it is family friendly and it is something to do.

My husband and I usually take a ghost tour when.we travel. Sometimes they’re unexpectedly good, but most of the time they’re silly fun with some decent history/urban legend thrown in. I’m not sure who these people are who are hyper critical of a ghost tour. It’s a ghost tour, not a lecture at Cornell. And it’s a whopping $15.

It’s a walking tour and you make 5 stops. There’s plenty of detail at those five stops. The tour guide provided some interesting and macabre folk lore at each stop. No, you don’t go in anywhere, and that’s pretty standard. The only ghost tours we’ve been on where we went in to a building are 1. Hosted by the building, like at the Crescent in Eureka Springs or 2. Haunted pub crawls where you pay a pretty penny for drinks and pub food.

The sounds system is sub-par and is difficult to hear at time, because of traffic noise.

Our guide, Tiffany, had been unfortunately reading these reviews and was pretty anxious. Contact the company directly if you have suggestions for an individual. Publicly criticizing someone is not cool. Tiffany chatted with my husband and I as we all walked back where the tour began, and she gave us lots of tips for good restaurants and others interesting things to do. Overall, it was a solid ghost tour, and we...

MEH... Hot Springs is an old and storied city. So much to it's rich and potentially even mystical (the springs) fabric has a paranormal imprinting to it. This city deserves a better ghost tour. Lets start with the fact that the tour is allegedly built off "years of research"....not sure where it was researched at but after the tour 20 minutes of cursory research revealed almost everything on the tour was either completely fabricated, highly inaccurate or worse just not true. I won't elaborate, but the tour operator knows what I'm getting at. The stories simply are highly inaccurate or just patently false from a historical, and in some cases a forensic standpoint. If you want to take the tour to hear some real "ghost stories" like made up things your gramps used to tell you, it is a fun tour. For people who want to hear FACTS and paranormal experiences that surround those factual events or occurrences....well, look elsewhere. The ticketing interface was professional and the guide did a good job explaining the alleged events and the walk was concise. I'm just saying that this city does have some REAL paranormal activity....why...

Really enjoyed our tour tonight. Our guide was very thoughtful of making sure everyone could hear. The Little speaker box that is used works well. Our group was fairly big but I was able to hear and see everything even though I am a very short woman. The guide would also patiently wait for all the cars to stop revving to talk, that is much appreciated. The tour was a good mix of humor and horror. Interesting facts learned.

To individuals taking the tour, just keep walking and regroup with ur friends when the tour guide stops at the tour points. Had a lady stop in the middle of the road and ran into her because of this. I get wanting to be with ur friends however it is rude and slows the group down. Just flow with the guide and it will be okay. The guide waits for everyone anyways.

WARNING: Most individuals aren't wearing mask during this, unfortunately you have to deal with this or leave. It is a public area outside, you would run into this situation in many places. Someone not even in our group walked by and coughed on multiple people, not wearing a mask. So you are putting yourself at risk, not...
