Iāve only given one bad review in my life. I believe in offering constructive criticism over blasting it on Google. Iām making an exception this time. I bought a ring there a couple of years ago. It stayed in the box unopened the entire time but no longer fit due to āCOVID poundsā. I knew I wouldnāt be able to return it, but I thought an exchange was fair since they still carried them in the store and it is sample-sized.
They werenāt willing to do that, but offered to consign it. I paid $410. They offered to give me $50 if they sell it. You read that right, $50 for a ring they still sell. I emailed the maker of the ring and they have a program for a trade-in since the ring isnāt sizable. I wouldnāt have asked to exchange it for something else if I could just send it in and have it replaced.
First of all, they should have known this. Secondly, they should be informing the person buying the ring that this was available. Thirdly, learn customer service skills. Iād suggest the same program as Chick-fil-A. Lastly, there is no need to treat people horribly. They were rude, snooty, and a waste of my time. Fifty dollars?! Are you insane?!
If you purchase a LASHBROOK ring that isnāt sizable, donāt bother going here, just go through Lashbrook directly. They were so helpful and kind. Iām mailing it to them and they are shipping me the replacement....

Elisabeth was knowledgeable and very personable with this decision. We could not get the ring sized properly without disturbing the setting, so under advisement of the master jeweler, he sent it out and had it custom fitted for us. We had a delay in getting this accomplished, but were always kept updated and in-the-loop. They went above and beyond in getting this taken care of, with regular updates, and compensation for our delay. Working with Elisabeth was top-notch, and she was very professional. We got it back delivered to our door, 95 miles away. We decided to visit Hot Springs again this Memorial Day weekend, and dropped in to browse. Elisabeth remembered us from the last time we were there, which was pretty impressive considering the amount of time that had passed. We purchased more items from Lauray's, with the same pleasant experience, and now consider them our go-to jeweler. You will not be disappointed in the selection, expertise, and friendliness of the people there. If you want nice, real, non-chain-store jewelry, this IS the place...
