Consulate of Egypt in Houston — Attraction in Houston

If I can give this embassy 0 star, I would. They have representatives that don't want to do their job and I really believe they do not know how to do their jobs. They do not know the laws and regulations, and work off assumptions. They need to shut this place down because the people that work their do not want to help anyone, extremely useless. I spoke to a lady by the name of Ragah, she seemed very agitated and couldn't understand what I was asking; she also couldn't provide any proper assistance. No electronic capabilities and for some reason they think people don't have jobs and just can make 3 and 4 hour drives to the embassy on any day, and on top of that, they are open only from 9:30 to 1:30 which makes it extremely difficult to get in touch with them. I had a great experience I visited the office in Houston did the great job I have been there three times, every time she did everything I asked him for Far and Beyond. Each one I dealt with with amazingly helpful Mr Hazem. Was very professional straightforward disappointed Frederick dental and human. They almost never answer the phone. The machine for visa never works for months. You call, no answer and when you drive there( i live in Dallas) they tell you the machine does not work, you should call first.... What a joke. I had already book my flight and everthing and could not get a visa. And look...i paid for the visa fees because they said the machine will be fixed in the following days...but never happened. When i was there, i saw about 10 people in the same situation.And the people at the embassy says it is not a problem you can travel without the Egyptian visa ...what????? What a waste.
