Do NOT buy hair from Jenny’s Beauty Supply!!!!!!!!
I spent $400 and it was absolute trash.
The hair looked decent for less than ONE day, then it started getting dry, stringy, and stiff. It didn’t hold curls, had no volume, and the ends felt synthetic. My synthetic hair felt better than this!!!!!!!!!
I’ve done my own installs for years — this wasn’t user error. The quality just isn’t horrible.
When I went back, they gave me attitude and told me to “you should’ve deep condition it first”…. For it to last ONE DAY, I need to deep condition it. You guys are a freaking JOKE. I JUST bought the hair 2 days ago and installed it yesterday. That’s not acceptable.
I took my business down the read to coco no 5 and it was a better experience. Night and day. The people there actually like their jobs and appreciate their customers.
Lesson learned, can’t listen to TikTok lies. Or you’ll have $400 wasted on “hair”. Don’t let them do you like they did me. Find a better beauty supply.

I went to check out and was overcharged $10.99 so I told the clerk that it was $5.99 and that I didn't mind taking a picture of the sale sign. The lady next to her said, "It's not on sale." However, their own salespaper indicated that it was and so did the sign. She proceeded to say, "It's not that brand." Again, I knew it was. After the floor manager came back and said that it was in fact on sale. The manager proceeds to tell me why it was an error and their systems were not aligned. As I explained to him, two people just basically told me I didn't know what I saw and read at your counter. Your customer service team should be better able to handle this. He proceeds to tell me about their systems to which I reply, "As a customer, do you know how it feels to come to this counter with the information you have posted in your store and I'm not believed."...
Read moreI’m writing this due to my refund not being approved due to a cashier error. I went Jenny beauty supply on hwy 6 in Houston tx on 7/12 to get some hair products totaling 80 plus dollars . I bought two bags of hair clip in hair a 22 and 18 inch and had receipt . Well I didn’t need both and put the 22inch in my head since I didn’t use the 18 inch I decided to bring it back since it said I could do a refund . Well you cashier and manager did not honor it due you your cashier not scanning each bag of hair but one I guess she assumed it was the same inch not my error . I wasn’t even aware she did that until I got to the store to return so they blamed me for her error .I called to speak to the manager again on a recorded call and he hung up in my face . Sent...
