I go to Popeyes on a regular basis, and I like the food when it is prepared right. I go to two different locations, that are close to where I live. I have had issues with both locations, but the one that’s located at 14417 Westheimer Rd. Houston Tx. 77077. The problem I have with this location is, that the service generally stinks, worst customer service, small portions with size of chicken and dry. If you ask them if they can prepare some chicken that is fresh, they end up having a attitude. Within a three week time period, First time I went through drive through, and this African female tried to rush me with my order, without allowing to say what I wanted. Tonight on Monday at 8:08pm, this guy who is Hispanic and appeared to be a manager, was wearing a headset did not have spicy chicken in the pieces I asked for, he told me they didn’t have spicy, and didn’t phrase it as we don’t have it at this time. He just said we don’t have it. So what I took from that, was it was too much trouble for it to be prepared, and he wanted me to accept what they had. I said let me make a call to find out if mild was ok, and I found out it was ok. So he had already rung up the amount, so when I told him to take off the drink. He rudely responded like ahh... Man!!! He said something in Spanish to one of the other employee, against me when he realize I didn’t want to accept what I didn’t come to order. The managers name is Bryan C. To top it off, once I got home I was missing a side and the portion was small. At this location, if your order is wrong, you will generally not be able to contact anybody by phone. He acted as if I was putting him through too many changes, when I told him it’s not my fault that they did not have the spicy at that time. I feel if you are in business you should have great customer service or choose something else. You can have great food, but with bad customer service, it’s a poorly runned business.I believe true success of a business, is when you can provide great customer service First, then second, provide a great product. Read moreThis Popeyes was seriously amazing. I don’t know who the lady was that I was talking to but she was amazing. I was having issues with door dash messing up and I didn’t know if they got my order and so I called Popeyes to confirm and they saw my name but didn’t see my payment and the lady I talked too was so understanding and she was really busy the store was slammed you could hear in the background there was a lot going on in their workspace and she was so sweet man. I hung up with her and called door dash, no one answered and then all of a sudden door dash was working again, my door dash driver received my order thankfully. Before I knew I called Popeyes back because the lady said she wanted to make sure she helped me to call her back in 15 min so I did just that after calling door dash and she was incredible, she informed me that my order was already out the door and that she threw in 6 additional chicken thighs in there and made sure all my stuff was fresh all because door dash was having errors on their website due to covid-19 and the volume of traffic. Literally pulled up to the drive through and ordered a 3 piece signature chicken with mashed potatoes and an added a side of Cajun fries, an Arnold Palmer and two apple pies. The jerk in the drive through window was rude and cut me off mid sentence. He didn’t repeat my order back. I pulled up to the window and same guy was so busy talking to ”Juan” that I’m sitting there waiting for him to repeat my order or take my payment. He then tells me my total when he finally decides to stop talking to Juan. He asked me what my drink was because he “forgot”. You would know if you looked at my order sir. He hands me everything back and as I drive off I realized he didn’t give or charge me for the Cajun fries. I just said forget it. When I got home I looked in the box with my chicken and there were only two pieces. This Popeyes has really gone to hell with their service. Hire people who aren’t going to be rude and aren’t going to make your customers wait in line just so they can finish their conversation.
