A phenomenal experience from start to finish with Alaa and the team at JRS Custom Food Trucks & Trailers. I’d spent some time looking for reputable food trailer vendors and came across JRS Custom Food Trucks & Trailers. Although I live in San Antonio, the straight-forward and informative website and 5-star reviews made me feel that taking a trip to Houston to talk with Alaa, would be a great decision. I will honestly say it was the best (and easiest) decision of the entire business process. When I arrived, I first spent time talking with Alaa about my business and what I was planning to prepare. He then took me on a tour to view the different trailer sizes, features, and accommodations I had the option to include. I was set on a food trailer, but he offered to also show me a food truck so that I could understand the differences to ensure I made an informed choice. After the tour, Alaa took the things I’d mentioned during that time and began building a customized plan of what the trailer would look like and include. I was able to move, add, and remove items until I was satisfied with the floor plan. I knew I needed time to decide, so Alaa scheduled a follow-up time to talk, called exactly when he’d said he would, and even fixed things with the floor plan that I decided I wanted to adjust. Alaa sent pictures along the way to show the progress of the build and was available anytime I had a question. Less than a month after initially meeting with Alaa, I received the call that the trailer was ready. When it was time for me to pick up the trailer, Alaa took me through an orientation process to show me the different features and how to properly operate the trailer. He answered many questions I’d either planned to ask or even forgot about asking which speaks to his knowledge and preparedness. The level of attention and detail he and his team put into the building process was exceptional. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this was a must do for me. Big purchases like a food truck or trailer are something you want to feel good about. Alaa really worked to make sure he understood my vision and built the trailer so I could fulfill my goals. The words awesome and outstanding are overused these days for average services. However this company really does live up to that standard. After waiting many months for another food trailer kitchen to be delivered, hurricane Ian hit our hometown of fort Myers Florida. We needed our food kitchen trailer for our nonprofit charity like YESTERDAY with nothing to show for it. I immediately did research on food truck and trailer manufacturers Nationwide and the ratings on this company were good so I rolled the dice. I'm so happy I did! Alaa did a beautiful job. He gave me exactly my design kitchen within 4 weeks right on schedule! We got it back here and the health inspector loved it allowing us to manufacture food without a commissary because it's so complete. We are now out in the disaster relief work and giving free hamburgers and hotdogs and drinks to disaster victims who lost everything along with volunteers. For our fundraisers at farmers markets, we can make ANYTHING right there in the kitchen. I never thought I would have such a nice package as this. I can't say enough about what Alaa has done for us. If you want a food trailer or truck, the build quality will be excellent. We've had no problems with this unit since we put it into action. JRS Custom Food Trucks & Trailers built my food truck, and I couldn’t be more impressed. This was my second truck build overall, but the first one with JRS, and the difference in quality is on a whole different level! My first truck feels like dysfunctional pile of junk compared to this one.

The interior design and workflow are incredible, everything is in the right spot and built with efficiency in mind. I worked with Ala’, and he was amazing from start to finish. He communicated constantly, sent me pictures and videos of the progress, and called me twice a week with updates. Every feature I wanted, he found a way to incorporate, and even when I made a last minute change, he handled it quickly and perfectly.

On top of that, Ala went above and beyond when issues came up with the tow truck transporting my food truck from Houston to Phoenix. The pickup was delayed from noon until 9:30 PM, but he left his home late at night to meet the driver so my truck could still get to Phoenix on time.
