Was so excited that a well known boba shop opened in the SE area! Today, my friend came in to get some drinks for us. I requested that I do not want boba in my drink. How hard is it to exclude boba pearls from the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk? Some people do not like boba pearls and everywhere I go, they will always accommodate. So when my friend got the drinks, she specifically said no boba but the 2 ladies still added the boba and when she asked to remake it without the boba, they looked at her dumbfounded and said it comes with it. SMH! what kind of business are they running and cannot accommodate? first and last time, we rather go to Oh My Tea! next door that will accommodate to customers' request. VERY DISAPPOINTED in their customer service. ADDITION UPDATE: We start to get into our drinks, I shook up my drink and milk tea spill EVERYWHERE AND OVER MY ARM! They burnt 2 holes into the top of the cup (see pics) when they did the “roasted”. Geez great way to start the...
Read moreI came here with my classmate for boba reward after passing an exam. I love the design of this boba spot very much. The bear theme is super cute. They have charging docks at the tables as well so this can be a place to study and get work done.
The owner and employees are all suepr friendly and helpful with the menu if you have difficulty deciding.
I ordered the purple rice yogurt and it was so delicious.
I will be back again and again!
2 year update: I've been here 3 more times since opening and I've had nothing but great experiences with their drinks. I love anything taro or ube flavored especially with boba and cheese foam. Their egg waffle is so crispy and delicious (ask for cheese foam to dip for extra flavor!) I've brought my husband here as well and he loves the strawberry flavored drinks too and enjoys the egg waffle. I highly recommend this spot to locals and visitors with bubble...
Read moreI am not the happiest about how pricey the drinks are here. I got a large milk tea with boba and grass jelly half sweet and it was $8. Definitely more pricey than any other places around. I felt so uncomfortable after paying, but then I take a sip. And oh my it’s perfect. Every time. I go here about twice a week and my usual is the roasted brown sugar pearl milk tea half sweet- and that’s perfect too. Which I can’t say for other boba places around which are just downright disappointing. It may be the priciest but it is admittedly the best. The snacks like the bubble waffle and popcorn chicken also don’t disappoint. It’s so delicious here but so pricey. I think some workers here could smile more because they don’t smile at all every time I’ve come, but other than that they provide speedy service...
