Nooo! I would never recommend this place! Mia is definitely not a professional colorist, nor does she have professional ethics when it comes to treating her clients!!!!! I realized that Mia only uses a little bit of bleach over and over again, along with a lot of shampoo and purple rinse to make it look like she lightened it!!! The photos taken with a lot of light and at the door are another lie because after washing out that purple rinse, everything is completely different when you leave!!!! The most horrible thing is that I left there with a headache, an ear infection because she doesn't care if water gets into your ears, and a severe irritation on my scalp because of the aggressive way she washed it, as if she wanted to scrape your skull with her nails!!!! Another major problem Mia has is that she doesn't care about your opinion or how you want your hair; she decides how to leave it without considering your input!!!! I deeply regret expressing my profound disappointment with my recent experience. I found that the service provided by Mia lacked professionalism and attention to detail. Unfortunately, it seemed that her main concern was solely about charging for her services, rather than genuinely caring about the well-being of my scalp and the desired color, after paying nearly $400. The worst part is that I left with a headache, an ear infection, scalp irritation, and without achieving the desired color after paying almost $400!!!! I believe that we all deserve professional treatment! This is an abuse...
Read moreThis is the 2nd time I’ve had a bad experience at this establishment. The first time I had gone for highlights, I was seated under the dryer with the bleach for so much longer than needed by the time I came back to the seat my ends were completing pulling off (my hair is black for reference), with thick uneven strands of yellow highlights that looked ridiculous. I gave them another chance after my hair was fixed by the master stylist—and had good experiences until I went for a simple trim today. -Asked when making my appointment for a 1/2 inch trim everywhere with long layers with NO blow dry -what I received: definitely atleast 2 inches off with my layers, short face framers that I did NOT ask for prior to beginning, my hair was never washed (that’s great considering I came on my hair wash day), instead my day 3 of unwashed hair, was given a blowout first then my hair straightend (great even more damage that I specifically didn’t ask for) & then cut. When asked why I was given frames I didn’t ask for, the stylist responded “I feel as if the front needed something”
But since when is it up to you to decide what to do with my hair without a simple discussion. Clearly what the client wants at this establishment is not priority and double thanks for leaving me with pieces of cut hair all over my face and neck, no offer to clean it up.
10/10 do...

So like others i first went through the reviews, so far all good. Then i saw That Mr. Jose’s name was mentioned in most of the comments for a good haircut, so i too went for it to book an appointment but unfortunately he was not available on the dates when i was available so i was recommended Mr. David by one of the staffs, again i was skeptical as i mean c’mon i am new, i don’t know anything about him as per the reviews but……….. here come the moment. So I would really like to thank Mr. David for the amazing haircut he suggested and later had it on me, i am so happy. He did a excellent job!! He really took care of my hair as i literally told him i am just stressed about the current condition of my hair. Now i love my hair style, and everyone of my families liked it too.He later on suggested on how I should take care of my hair. All the staffs were very gentle and welcoming. So Thank you The Galleria Hair salon and Mr. David for the beautiful...
