I was 50lbs overweight during my pregnancy last year and I gained 50lbs postpartum. Nothing has fit me in a year properly. I didnāt breastfeed so my chest is bigger than ever and I didnāt snap back weight wise like I did my other two girls. Iām normally a very fit person so this hormonal and body change has made me steer away from wearing my normal clothes. Today I had an emergency because I only have one bra left I could squeeze on and I left it traveling back to my home last night. I got out the shower this morning horrified to see it wasnāt in my suitcase. I called everywhere to see who has the biggest size so I can have a proper bra fitting until I lose weight. Mary answered the phone and informed me they have an amazing range. The biggest range Iāve found in store in Houston thus far. I threw on a jacket and rushed to the store. Mary greeted me with a smile and took me straight to the dressing room. She asked me to take the jacket off examined me for thirty seconds and said sheāll be right back. OMG it fit perfect coverage but the band was a bit too large. When she came in to check she said exactly that āletās go down a size in the band be right backā. She came back with perfection. I was wearing a 42H this year . She sized me a 40O to give you an idea of how hard it has been to get a bra in normal stores. I shed a tear and she let me soak in the moment of seeing my waist again. Itās been over a year since Iāve seen my waist properly. She was so encouraging, fast, informative and amazing at her job. She said sheās been doing this for 15 years and I believe her. Iāll always go to her throughout my weight loss and Iām recommending everyone I know to go see her or her colleagues they were sweet too I heard them helping others. Thank you so much Top Drawer and thank you Mary for helping me find my waist and confidence back! I rushed home put on my dress for work and looked like myself again. I felt gorgeous. Everyone complimented me at work when I arrived even my clients. Iām standing up straight and running to the bank hahaha. See...

I'm flabbergasted! The lady I had seemed really rushed which caused my anxiety to be on 10! I'm already coming to your store to make a purchase (not a little one) she rushed me thru trying on bras, left the dressing room and said she would come back, she came back with another couple of bras and left again and then finally she never came back.. I actually didn't even see her on my way out! ......I spent over $500 that day... She was bringing bras back to the dressing room just because of the cup size..She wasn't looking at the colors or if I thought it was nice, I've been patronizing this business since I graduated high school in 2001 but I will no longer return, they cater to the crowd in their area , you know the ones who come and probably spend 2500- 4000 or more per transaction!!! Whoever got the most money that's who their catering to! Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a weird store. The store is very pretty and clean and the items are high quality. Itās in a high-end shopping center in a fancy part of town. They are very well-known for having good fittings, and when I went the first time I was visually assessed and given a bra that felt very small in the band and my boobs popped out of the top. I was assured that this was how bras were supposed to fit because they needed to be broken in. I bought some items and left, and tried on a bra when I got home. It was uncomfortable, tight in the band and felt weird in the cups, with breast tissue spilling out of the sides. I got a text from them the following day asking if I was happy or not. I informed them I was not and intended to return the clothes and to be fitted with a tape measure. When I returned I was fitted by a different woman. She also did not measure me. I felt like I was fitting my body into the bra and not the other way around. The lady from the first time checked me out, and seemed irritated that I came back. The bras I left with the second time are more supportive and less constricting, but it still doesnāt feel like the right size to be honest. Itās weird to me that a garment of relatively standard sizing, band in inches, cup size based on how far the breasts extend from the chest, is fitted in this place with absolutely no tape measure. I just want some hard data to go into the choice. This isnāt some mystical wizardry, itās dimensional analysis. I am more comfortable when my whole breast fits in the cup, I donāt like when it sits on the outside like a yarmulke. Iām not interested in going back because coming back a second time and being treated like I donāt know how clothes work is not really how I want my shopping experiences to go. It seems like most people have a good experience here, so theyāre doing something right, but I was not satisfied with the level of customer service relative to the price point.
