IB Liquor Market — Attraction in Imperial Beach

Ordered from this store on Drizzley. They required a 75 dollar minimum, so I ordered about 100 dollars including tip.

All seemed fine at first, order was placed and driver on the way. 50 minutes later the driver marked the order delivered. I did not receive it. I waited 20 minutes before calling the store. The man who answered said he would call the driver then call me back.

20 more minutes went by and nothing. I called the store back but no answer. Waited another few minutes and called again. The man said the driver was leaving soon and should deliver my order in 30 minutes. Its been another 30 minutes and I've yet to receive my order. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I am a frequent customer here and I will never be going here again. I came in to order a 12 pack of White Claws and I was charged $24 for a 12 pack that I could get at Walmart or Target for $15. This place is way overpriced. When I called to complain, the man on the phone could not give me a valid reason why it is $10 more at their store than at Walmart or Target. You guys just lost a frequent customer. I hope people realize what you are doing and your business...

This store is under new ownership and the changes are night and day from how it used to be.
